Very late, but imo, MultiH Tank is actually pretty good. In terms of raw dps and damage, it’s much MUCH better than the Battle Tank. It’s extremely powerful when used in defence maps, or maps the are dense with enemies. It can one cycle medium armored units easily and absolutely shreds through heavily armored units. Its slowness isn’t that big of an issue when i use it, since I take the time to push grunts first to scout for anti-armor ambushes. The main drawback of the slowness that i’ve experienced is when i need to relocate it to help on other fronts. TL;DR It’s a slow moving bulldozer that annihilates everything but the most armored of vehicles.
Alien invasion is basically just a map.. Which is very easy and fair.. as long as tou have 900 anti air trucks and 3000 spaag auto cannons in every spot of the map
The description of the rifleman bayonet (the funni one that some units have) should be: “After getting some knifes and duct tape. They Won’t stop charging into enemy tanks.”
This was before HTCW was added for players, it was stronger before now its still a strong enemy but mostly not worth to use it as player due to high cost and slow movement
Unit idea: Officer. Can allow your riflemen to charge, giving the bayonet two tile range. Vulnerable to ambush when rushing but very deadly. Weapon: Flag, revolver. Flag allows the riflemen to charge, 4 turn cooldown. Revolver is a side weapon incase they get attacked : 2 turn cooldown, always suppresses and deals 10 damage. Cannot be used while moving this is to ensure it is not used offensively but passively.
As a Filipino myself and a historical person I suppose the Concrete battleship (Also known as the "Fort Drum" or the "El Fraile Island") It was suppose to protect the Manila Bay at the Philippines and I'm a bit confused rather if it was built by the Americans or Philippines (I think America helped Philippines with the Fort Drum?) but it was left abandoned from over 100 Years and just stood outside after the Manila Bay war So I'd say that the Concrete Battleship is NOT a enemy in the game...but why is it a enemy?
2:00 it kind of good that the smg can do that,it punishes reckless behavior,soo BT players use their range instead of spearheading straight into the enemy lines,and it also makes it soo new players have a fighting chance against light and medium vehicles and lets be honest 2 rocket batteries will be enough to break any smg build,and minigunners will almost surely 2 shot smgs,light tanks and the almost all of the motorclice tech tree can pick off stragglers,also pls just dont ignore the fact that flametrower along all his tech tree must be buffed,the poor guy needs more of the glass cannon perks like more damage and more movility :(
I myself would love to see WWI-era units added into the game. Maybe Sapper could dig trenches and only heavier tanks could pass over. That would be so cool.
@@SmokeFactory yeah but rifleman’s radio sort of makes beginners use it instead of vehicle’s that have radio, like the biker. there have been a surprising amount of new players to NIC who have used rifleman spam + mortar team
I think the Riflemen B should become the normal riflemen because if the riflemen B are added As an variant the base riflemen will be practically useless.
Interesting question, I just figured it out just for you how it works. Lets take a damage formula from wiki {(Base Damage - (2 x (Armour - AP | 0 if negative))) x Terrain Defence x height advantage x Veterancy defence} x Damage Multiplier) and ignore some unneccesery stuff. This is a base forumla I will be using: (Base Damage - (2 x (Armour - AP | 0 if negative))) I did the test with 2 units that currently have minus AP. SMG squad and Riflemen B damage was tested on rocket truck with 60 hp and 5 armor. so formula for smg's grenade would be: (35 - (2 x (5 - (-5) ))) = 15 damage (25%, game displays health in %) and its true. formula for Riflemen Bayonet would be (45 - (2 x (5 - (-20) ))) = -5 and damage can't be negative right? Bayonet deals 1 damage instead (Why not 0? because of coding reasons). The conclusion is that armor and AP goes into consideration only if unit armor bigger than 0. TL;DR game completly ignores calculating armor if the armor is 0
yeah kinda bad example, but for Nic, the start is very important. having your initial trooped shell-shocked, pinned, and ruined in health is a flipping disaster
@@Hydris_Hydra5017 grunts and lmg can do that, smg is good in its first and 4th attack but the 4th attack almost never happens this is why attacking a smg first always makes it a waste of 25 tix and making the first move in nic is naturally worse and smg is a unit where youre supposed to attack first
