Hi….thank you for this video…..do you know which companies do not use Apeel in their apple cider vinegar…..it seems they all do…..and many times they don’t tell the truth…..thank you..❤
The products that she was using is in the very first video: ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-TlYeUxTx3hE.html This is the 1 year update: ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-_v3wTMZFhcg.html Her products she used changed somewhat as her skin got healthier.
Hi mam im from india my skin tone is dusky because of my skin tone im facing so many issues people's are bullying me so can i use this for skin whitening after achieving that can i stop this
Sorry, I’m confused. Can I use hyaluronic acid on wet skin with occlusive on top or not? I’ve been doing that for a while for my dry and dehydrated skin
Thank you for watching. This would depend on your skin condition. Do you tend to have more oily skin, dry skin, dry and sensitive skin , hormonal acne, uneven pigmentation? Like I mentioned in the video, depending on the skin condition, different exfoliants can respond in different variables. : )
Hi Christy - love this video. The link for the Japanese knotweed is for the matcha. How many servings are in the plant protein? When I finish up my current protein and green powder, I think I can replace them with this.
Thank you or letting me know. Here is the link: amzn.to/45Xx5Da The plant protein lasts me about 4-6 weeks depending on how much I use. I usually only do one scoop because the fiber I put it in makes me really full.
Hi. Can you please look into dermatologist, Dr. Abs, youtube video on collagen supplement for types 4, 7, and 17, which according to him are the only types that truly target skin?
Hi Sarah, thank you for watching. I have never heard of this Doctor. Could you direct me to the video or podcast episode? Generally speaking Collagen 1 is the most abundant in the body (hair, skin , muscles, etc) I know Collagen 17 plays a key role in regulating stem cells and therefore can determine how the skin ages. collagen 4 is also found in all layers of the skin. I don't know too much about collagen 7 except that it binds to the laminin. This plays a key role in wound healing while keep the skin somewhat "stretchable". Does he have a supplement that has all 3 of these types of collagen?
Hi Christy, have a wonderful save 4th 🎆 I eat a lot of vegetables and fruits! I'm growing watermelon and canaloupe, so I'll b eating fruits for days 😋 and I'll try what ur taking! U always look fabulous! Absolutely gorgeous!!! Thank u so much for ur tips for r skin and how to take care of r guts! Ur, too awesome!!! U have amazing skin ✨️ and no barbecue for 4th of July. I'm making chicken tostadas. Much blessings. 💕
This is an excellent video, thank you. I am going to try the fiber to try and get back my gut health. Recent surgery has totally ruined my gut health. Like you I never had gas before surgery now it seems to be chronic. Ugh. Thank you for all your food tips.❤
I’m using retinoid for two months and now my doctor ask me to use next is hydroquinone, as you said I can use that 2 -3 months , should I go back to retinoid ? Watching from japan , more power to your informative videos ❤
Retinoids accelerate skin cell turnover rate and helps shed the already pigmented skin cells, HQ bleaches the skin . Ask your doctor what is the exact protocol and what is the plan in achieving your goals. I adjust my clients skin care protocol based on their lifestyle, diet, and what the pigmentation is caused by. For example, hormonal pigmentation and sun induced pigmentation will have a different protocol.
@@GoSeeChristy thank you , it’s about some sun damage on my skin when I first went to my doctor , he gave me retinoid first for two months , then he said I have to stop for a while to my retinoid and now I’m using hydroquinone as he prescribed , he told me after two or three months I’ll do alternate retinoid and hydroquinone , what can you say bout this , is it ok ? Thank you so much for the nice reply , I’m 64 just confuse
I would have to see your skin so give you more specific guidelines. Retinoids can help with sun damage but remember it can also make your skin MORE photosensitive and since you are in my age category (post menopausal skin) , your skin will become more dry and sensitive which can then inflame your skin even more causing more collagen and elastin break down. Your doctor should also give you a thorough assessment of your skin before doing this protocol. If you have any questions, you can also do a consultation with me if you are interested . Here is more information: goseechristybeauty.com/pages/online-customized-skin-consultation-in-depth. Otherwise, go back to your doctor to get a more thorough assessment so he can create a protocol based on your age, and skin history. : )
They are already doing that . Have you looked into the channel @YanasaTV? They give boots on the ground information on what is happening to farmers in the US and sometimes all over the world.
There was a comment that I just saw where it says that Whole Foods will not comment on carrying Apeel....that is so suspicious to me. Maybe you can ask your local Whole Foods and see what they say....I would be interested to know...
I wish it were that easy but the challenge is, it doesn't have to be labeled. Farmers Markets are good solutions but some people don't seem to have access to that.
I've just learned about apeel and cant believe I never knew this because I'm so careful of what I put in my and my family's bodies. Been reading everything I can on this and your channel is , is very well done, thank you. I'm scared of now having this is my body😢. God bless!!🙋♀️😭🙏🙏
I know how you feel. When I first heard about it, there was only 2 articles on it and it was limited information. Now we have a bit more but since I put up the video, all the web pages have been taken down from their website.
@@GoSeeChristy Christy..also wanted to tell you I contacted our stores here in Southern Utah and some of the produce growers and I'm happy to say they dont allow apeel on their produce and 2 stores refuse to sell produce with Apeel on them. Was very relieved. Have a Blessed day Christy!🙋♀️❤🙂
Sprouts, Trader Joe’s, Kroger’s, and Publix said they won’t be buying this crap. Target and Fresh Market said they will. Know where to shop folks. And Whole Foods refused to comment…
Really? Whole foods refused to comment? What are they trying to hide? That's interesting....Some people said Costco won't be selling it but others have commented that they were selling it.
No. I have been managing it with diet and exercise. I will be doing an updated blood work and getting the results and sharing it with everyone since I have Hashimot's diease. Let's see if anything has changed. Stay tuned!
Are you kidding me? I have attached the pdf report from FDA on the break down of ingredients in the description below. In my first video, I talk about the investors who not only invested in this company but also the same capital group invested in a company that uses insects as a protein source for pet food. Why don't you do the research and see before arbitrarily calling out "fake news". There is also sorts of information on this. I did a video on this last year BEFORE any of the influencers starting talking about.
Dont even touch anything treated with WeF funded apeel, it's toxic to even touch let alone eating. Eating carry the risk of increased triglyceride leading to higher risk of heart issues...
I LOVE you for being honest. "Dr. Berg" covered i t and never mentioned a thing about what it does to your gut, OR the fact that it makes the INSIDE of food rubbery. That is not just "on the outside."
Christy can you please talk about collagen types 4 7 and 17 ? Dermatologist, Dr. Abs, had an in depth youtube video discussing this and is love your take on it if you could look into the subject?
Hi Sarah, first, thank you for watching. Second. thank you for the suggestion. I am usually so busy with clients that I don't watch much social media so I don't know what is being put out there. I will look into this when I have time. I always appreciate suggestions. Usually my suggestions are what my clients want to see so I appreciate suggestions from viewers too! Thank you!
This is because the stearic acid dried up the oil. But your pH is off so you would need to readjust your skin in order for your skin to be healthy. If you are not using anything else, you will see more oil since it strips the acid mantle of your skin.
I have to tell Dr. Berg he needs to go see Christy lol! 🤨 I Nvr thought of taurine to help with aging skin, but totally makes sense and I’m trying 👍 Also, something controversial I’ve been thinking about since you brought up radioactive exposure, is how even fish and other wildlife that live in radioactive waters seem to live longer..?! Then there was that guy that toured all over the states back in the day drinking it demonstrating its “safety” lol 😳 idk.. something to look into as I know springs (especially hot) are naturally radioactive and Japanese do love their onsen. Thanks Christy, great video/ info as always.
I love my onsen too! ; ) Here is an shorter article on taurine but if you research you can find more studies on human skin as well : www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC10570761/ I have access to some articles that I subscribe to but I can't link to those.
Thank you for this. He needs to be closely scrutinized as he promises cures for things like cellulite, for example, as long as you buy his "specially formulated" vitamins and lotions. Also, he's a chiropractor, not a doctor. He trades on that prefix in a misleading way.
I don't know too much about him but I am curious as to why he is giving skin care "tips" especially when his information is incomplete or outright inaccurate. I only know of this because some of my clients are emailing me his skin care videos. As far as promising cures, I hope he is not doing this. This can be quite misleading. I haven't seen many of his videos so I can't speak on that. Maybe I need to do a little bit of research...
Wow, he sells supplements too? Well, I know that some supplements are pricey because if you are using ingredients that are sourced from whole foods, that can increase the price, especially if they are in demand. Synthetically made vitamins and minerals are very inexpensive but your body won't use it quite the same. I haven't looked into the ingredients of his supplements, so I can't form an opinion on that.
Dr. Berg doesn't even push his supplements that hard. He encourages healthy and natural ways of eating. A lot of MD doctors don't even know diddly about nutrition. Good skin needs good nutrition. Dr.Berg gives some pretty good nutritional advice. He looks pretty fit too. Sure chiropractors are not medical doctors, but they do have to study some things that doctors in the medical field have to study as well and need a degree to practice. He doesn't even sell any type of lotion on his site. He just sells regular supplements that that you can buy at any natural health food store. Nothing weird. And supplements in general are pricey. I regularly spend $200+ on supplements. I eat healthy rarely drink or eat sugar but use supplements to help anti aging. Hey Christy can you recommend some anti aging supplements off hand?
@@mimii3000 A good collagen powder imo is one of the heavy lifting supp's for aging or like Dr. Berry says, if you eat chicken, also eat the cartilage, tendons, skin, they have added collagen (I can't handle that but..) As for DrBerg, I agree but good rule is to doublecheck info from others. Most "quick" fixes are hype
