This is a very helpful review. If the company watches this you have every good suggestion. If they were able to address all of this plus add robust controls from shortcuts it would be a &100 water bottle easy. I would pay it gladly. As is this is an overweight poor quality water bottle with a gimmick.
that's too bad I really love the design of it I have very limited counter space. The uneven heating is a major no go for me. Thanks for the helpful review.
amzn.to/3z42lEo That is the link for it, it's currently 35% off but to be honest ive seen the price as low as £75 during Black Friday if you're willing to wait. Have a great weekend.
Thanks for this super helpful review! Was contemplating buying this as my first air fryer, primarily as I don't have much counter space. Seeing the uneven cooking has ruled this out as an option, if it doesn't even do it's main job well (especially at £270). Hopefully the instant version will improve, although I think the form factor/design is always going to output the same uneven result.
Yes. Unless they figure out a way to out the heating element on top with the fan also on top. But then they would need to reduce the size of the baskets or make it taller, which means it may not fit under units. These are big baskets though so they can create space in future designs. Did not expect this from Ninja at all.
Just watched all 3 videos as I have the opportunity to get one of these now in 2024! You did a really fantastic job showing this and it has helped me with my decision :) If you get this message, let me know how its handled for you over the last decade since you made this, if you kept it of course. Cheers!
Hi, thank you for watching. I lovedddd this projector. Unfortunately after having it for about 14 months, I started to get these random black spots in the bottom corner. I had an extended warranty on it and surprisingly, they told me it was too expensive to repair, so they refunded my original amount I paid for it.
@@TruthReviews Oh wow! That's a warranty worth its weight then! Refreshing :-) shame about the spots though. Unfortunately/annoyingly, the person I was supposed to buy it from sold it to someone else, but maybe it was a blessing in disguise!
@@obscurazone It probably was. Now days you can get the same quality in far smaller, quieter design along with much much longer bulb life. If I remember right, this was only 2-3,000 hours bulb life and the bulbs were expensive, most projectors now are 20-40,000 laser life.
@@TruthReviews Yeah that's true, I just really struggle with "affordable" long throw projectors - I need to put one about 5/6 meters back from the wall, and have it restricted to around a 100" size screen, so being in that particular scenario, I'm v limited in what I can and can't get, and the only affordable long throw projectors are from this era around a decade ago. For some annoying reason, the entire focus of the industry now seems to be short throw, as though the only people who buy projectors are living in tiny shoebox apartments, or are perfectly content having a projector sat in the middle of their room on a table! Grrr nevermind
It’s not the machine, or your beans. It’s your grinder. You need to get a grinder at about the same price as the machine. People often try to save on the grinder, get a bad result then blame the machine. You can make good coffee on a bad machine with a good grinder but you can’t do the opposite. For good espresso, you must have a good grinder.
Not sure why anybody would be upset that a device at this low of a cost doesn't produce anywhere near the accuracy of medical devices that cost thousands of dollars... As long as it gives consistent readings, the average person can see trends from their diet and fitness routines...
Thank you so much for the depth of this review man. I literally filtered search and selectively picked out this video for a purpose and you delivered. I do not trust brands like ReMarkable have availability in a store like Best buy to not already have lined & "algo-wash" reviews of their product, especially of it's the main product. That being said, for me an IPad is not a suitable alternative though appealing. Looking for something functionally the exact same as a remarkable without the villainous gimmicks & overreaching price tag duo. Anyways subbed.
It’s a 300watt power brick.. it’s a gaming laptop first of all. But another reviewer talked with Lenovo rep and asked about it specifically and it’s because Lenovo tested it with usb keyboard and phone charging among other things to make sure the battery wasn’t drained at all even while plugged in under heaviest loads.
Great, honest review. Just bought this machine myself to also replace a Nespresso. Everything said is true. The effort is less and you can obviously change the coffee flavour every time. But the coffee is far superior and whilst the machine is hugely more expensive longer term it does even out as the Nespresso pods are a lot more expensive per cup. It's not £1k at present
It’s honestly such a good deal, if you’re in the market for 1-3 year old devices then this is literally a free discount since you’re getting as close to a brand new device directly from apple. Of course if you don’t care then you can get much better deals elsewhere but if you’re wanting that apple guarantee as well as 1 year of apple care then there’s nothing better then going certified refurbished
Ok so if you like good coffee and also the process of making it but don't want to wait for so long (understandable), why don't you get yourself a "normal" espresso machine? Once they are heated up you can usually make one espresso after another (of fill two cups at once). I do not believe that this costs a lot more (all combined - machine, energy, coffee) compared to these capsules but the coffee will just be way better. You can get a good entry level machine for the same price as a 9barista, e.g. a Gaggia Classic Pro. Just keep the new coffee grinder ofc.
This was the best video, you ended up making your best coffee, though this is only for one, i very good machine can cost £700 & above, so having two of theses machines is not out of the park to get the coffee you want, i will buy one of these, just for me
Thank you. The manual says to rinse cup under hot water outlet then place on top of warming tray. It’s a common complaint that a lot of their machines the hot water tray is nowhere near fast enough to heat the cup.
I absolutely love mine, but you're exactly right. This is not a machine for multiple people. It's a one-person espresso maker -- period. If you have that in mind going in, I can't imagine being anything other than extremely pleased with this machine.
Nothings changed 5 years later. Brought a blade 14 2022, have had to RMA it 3 times in 2 year, and get this, the last replacement machine I recieved was for the wrong region (US instead of UK), so have to send it off for a 4th time. Each time I've sent it off it's taken around a month each time between sending the old machine off and recieving the new one
Sounded nice until I learned the price is $469. II don't think it will ever break, scale up inside, or burnout. It is very small and portable. But $469 ??
