Hi everyone and welcome! I'm a Super Saiyan, Whovian, lover of kindred spirits, animals, art, and kind souls. Some of the work I've done is as an extra (background actor), stand-in, and photo double for movies and shows "made here in Georgia"(U.S.), since 2013, which is a lot of fun, but I love to watch them even more.
So many movies have impacted me throughout my life, but there's still so much I haven't seen, and there's no better place than here with you all to watch and talk about them.
Be respectful to others in any comments.
Please, let me know what YOU feel is worth watching at least once in a lifetime.
"The force will be with you, always."
See you someday, somewhere, Space Cowgirls and Cowboys.
"Make it so." 💜

I’m 15 years old and I’ve been a fan of the game and movie since I was about 5 years old, such an underrated film and I’m glad to know fans other than myself still exist!

Well i know one Alien movie that takes you in POV or better yet Found Footage yes that's right you are right in the action between this huge gigantic Alien creature that plows through the streets of New York, Manhattan that's all im going to say for those who never watched it, it is called Cloverfield and when i tell you its terrifying as you are right in the action between the huge Alien and the US military.... terrifying is a completely not even close to how insanely intense it truly is, it was released in 2008 it is my favorite Alien movie of all time!!!!!!

I first saw Tim Curry in the BBC TV miniseries "Will Shakespeare" in the titular role. Back then he was still "hot Tim". Then in Rocky (which was made before the TV show). Looking at his credits, he's had a very interesting career.

Dogs - Jed the wolf/husky is a good boy, and I'm sure got lots of treats. The dog noises are a guy who rounded up dogs in his neighborhood and went around the outside of the house in a trench coat knocking on windows and doors and jiggling handles.

Your constant cutting away from the film is unacceptable. Doesn't mean a thing, just one guy's opinion.

The original theatrical version was far superior than this director's cut with the really crappy animation. It takes so much away from the movie.

Unfortunately, RHPS isn't showing in as many theaters as it did 10, 20, and 30 years ago. In many places, it was a Friday and Saturday midnight event. You can still find shows with a shadow cast, but it seems most of them are monthly.

It used to be quite a cult movie and yes it started as a stage musical in 1973 in the west end of London moving to broadway in 74 then the movie came in 75. It was created by Richard O’Brien who played Riff Raff and Curry starred in all 3 productions. If you get the opportunity to listen to the soundtracks it’s interesting to hear the subtle differences between each version. Curry was a lounge singer in his own right and I know of 4 albums he released back in the day I recommend Working on my tan, Paradise Garage and Alan these songs showcase Tim’s diverse tastes. Richard also released an album in the 90’s about the same time he was hosting Crystal Maze a game show on UK tv station Channel 4. There is a sequal movie called Shocktreatment featuring the ongoing saga of Brad and Janet. Richard, Pat Quinn and Little Nell all return as different characters as does Charles Gray and the characters of Ralph and Betty from the beginning scene return. Notable actors are US comedian Ruby Wax, `Australian comedian Barry Humphries (Dame Edna Everage) and British comic Rick Mayall. Another comedy horror musical you could review is Little Shop of Horrors, again not a major horror element but fun. The original was a 1960’s black and white horror b movie of the same name but wasn’t a musical created by Roger Corman featuring a very young Dick Miller of Batteries not included fame and Jack Nicholson as the mad dentist, it went from that movie to a musical on stage in the 70’s before also becoming a movie musical in the 80’s featuring Rick Moranis and Ellen Green. Happy reviewing

Fun fact. The slow motion scenes are done the slomon guys RU-vid creators. The director got them to do the slow motion scenes for the movie and that's why it looks fvcking amazing. No other movie has top these slow motion scenes yet.

Oh hell, typical snowflake! Even in a damn movie where it’s not real. People getting hurt all thru movie, Buford T Justice being mean to his son all thru movie as well don’t matter in the least…it all being tongue in cheek of course but she gets tore up like that over the bikers holding the dog acting like it bit him. That being total satire as well but to the typical snowflake only a time to act offended and like holier than thou individual, towards animals that is but to the human race it don’t matter! Go change your dress and pet your kitty. It’s a damn movie, no animals were hurt , just a damn movie! Buy the way, there was no humans hurt either, oh yeah…she don’t give 2 SH-S! 🙄 LOL

There's simply no way to fully appreciate this movie without the full in-theater, crowd-participation, cosplay mania that was a defining characteristic of the Rocky Horror phenomenon of the late 1970s and early 1980s. As a movie musical it is very low-budget and extremely mediocre even though the music is fabulous and wonderfully performed by the cast. But as a movie theater party experience it was unparalleled, and I feel really sorry for all the people who missed out on that and now only get to watch it as a regular movie (on home video/streaming no less).

Orange Tabbies are weird. I have one myself and he's very weirdly connected to his people. Speaking of weird this is a very weird movie with a cult like following. I used to go to it with friends and the women who would eventually become my wife. People used to go to the theater and participate It was very wild. Tim Curry was amazing he had quite the talent, you should try watching "Legend" his performance is epic.

Someone may have already mentioned this but you have to find a midnight showing of this somewhere. There is audience participation where the audience, in unison, talks back to the movie. There are also things you have to bring. Rice - a newspaper - a water gun - toast and maybe a couple of other things. Not kidding. Sometimes people dress as the characters and act out the movie while it plays.

It was written (including the music and lyrics) by Richard O'Brien, who played Riff-Raff. I saw the movie in a theatre in Nice, France in '86 - it was great, especially when they dropped water on the people sitting in the middle seats while Brad & Janet were in the rain 😂 The music is soooooo catchy.

I am old i saw it in the movie theater back in the '80s when they still had local actors acting out scenes in front of the screen during the film. I had a strong urge toget my water pistol and some rice but it wouldn't be the same at home ,I'd have to clean it up after. If you are a fan of Tim have you seen Legend? It is a fantastic movie. Legend 1985 Tim Curry, Tom Cruise and Mia Sara.

A beautiful movie, and hugely underappreciated. Carpenter wouldn't have chose to make this if he couldn't make something of it. Jack Nitzsche's score is majestic, he's definitely adjusting his style for Carpenter though. Rather like Morricone did for The Thing. Jeff Bridges should have won all the awards for this performance, and Karen Allen is just perfect. An unforgettable partnership here.

6 minutes into your video, I just want to comment that it always astonishes me that everyone was just meandering in the conference room around ED209 right after it just catastrophically malfunctioned and murdered someone... You said "there's a dead guy on the table..." I'd be more worried about the malfunctioning walking death tank in the room still being there, let alone the dead guy on the table. I would be relocating IMMEDIATELY to a new ZIP code after that presentation - NOT standing around in the room with the robot figuring out what went wrong. lol
