Hello! Me again! Yes, congrats on your 9k! Luv luv your videos. Keeping me soooo much on my hair transition from relaxed to natural. A year & 4 months in so far. No, BIG CHOP & just growing it out with at home monthly trims. 🎉
Beautiful hair! Anyway help me understand 🤔 because I thought that the point of heat trained hair was that over time your hair would gradually loosen or even lose its curl and maintain straight when wet without heat damage, if done with care. You’ve been heat training for a year 😕 so I’m confused? I dunno 😅
It’s already in the description box I also mentioned this several times in other videos. The video titled I hate My Hair Transplant and My Traction Alopecia Story videos I mentioned the doctor and location. I probably forgot to mention by name in this video. I always put important info in the description box. Thanks for watching have a blessed day 😊
Don’t do it! It’s emotionally traumatic and yes, having bald edges is traumatic as well but you’ve come a long way. If i had your edges I would be ecstatic (even with that little bald patch on the right side). You look great! Keep it movin🥰
Question--- did you rinse out your deep conditioner after 15 minutes? Looks like you just used the WOW dreamcoat. Just asking for clarification thanks😊
I looked at your shorts but I didn’t see anything about when you blow dry and what you do with your hair. I’m very curious about how you leave your hair blowed dried for 4 weeks. Do you still wrap your hair up? Do you do it the same? How do you style it?
Sorry about that my hair was lightly pressed in that shorts video. I only add moisturizer when I lightly silk press with the tymo ring or blow dry only. I follow that same routine in that shorts video when I blow dry only using the melanin leave in and mane choice hair butter. I will do a routine video in the next month or so on how I style and maintain blow dried hair!
Hi ! I was wondering if you use any smoothing or control products for when you put your hair in a pony tail / bun on blown out hair ?! Thanks in advance 🤎
Thanks for another video and for your responses to the questions. A few weeks ago I asked how you maintain your smooth edges. My edges revert and get puffy a few days after I straighten my hair. Your edges always seem straight.
Looks amazing! We use a lot of the same products. The Olaplex clarifyer is a staple, the Shea Moisture Manuka honey and the Wow Dreamcoat. I've never tried it with using just that product on my hair, I usually add my leave in, heat protectant and then the wow.
I know you don’t use a lot of heat when you do your own hair but when you go to the salon do you ask them to turn the heat down or do you let them use it on the temp they want? My hair doesn’t require a lot of heat to straighten, around 370-410 but whenever I go to the salon they use 450 with a titanium iron. My ends are now straightened smh I am going to start asking them to turn it down. Everyone doesn’t need 450 degrees 😒
@@RoxannaRenea okay thank you because I wear clip in extensions that need to blend in and I was thinking about doing a silk press and waiting two weeks then straightening my hair on low heat (150 degrees).
Hi Roxanna. A rain poncho, what a sweet memory for me. Like you with your sister at a ball game, I used to attend Reds games mostly with my uncle from Montgomery Alabama born 1/1/1919, I'll never forget. He used to press my hair for school photos, etc. He was like another father, a bonus dad. My mother was sickly when I was young so my grandmother, aunts, uncles all pitched in, may they all Rest in Paradise. Anyway the poncho, that I had no clue he had on him, came in so handy during a tornado warning and the sky turned so ominous. He held me tight, I felt very safe and that was the closest a funnel got to downtown Cincinnati OH to this day. You give such practical, sound advice and I'm here for it and to support you. I'll be shopping your Amazon store. Love, an elder. (TT: cjrlee123 & IG: serious.green)
@@RoxannaRenea @2:22 re the Aussie Moist, you said since you've been relaxed. So that was confusing. So you're saying you've used the Aussie Moist since 2017? I love it too.
What products was she using that was silicone vs butter? I’m a heat trained natural and I think I was using too much silicone. I would love some insight on this and when to use each in your routine. How to know what’s a silicone/butter and how to use butter without weighting your hair down
Another beautiful result! I always look forward to your videos. Please keep them coming and share how your hair did over the course of the three weeks til your next silkpress.
Loved the video and the results! I recently purchased the WOW treatment from Ulta when they had a buy one get one free campaign. I’ll try it on my next wash day.
Hey I’ve decided to start back heat training didn’t know that’s what my stylist was doing to my hair and it was growing!! But what about the dryer brush and I use the fantasia heat protectant but not a serum and notice my hair reverts back like starts to get poofy not curly but can tell it can be sleeker any tips? I use Design Essential oat&P and their almond butter deep conditioner does time matter in leaving that in as well?
