I'm not sure why everybody is calling this kind of blend a Simmons Blend. Sarah Shriver taught this way of blending colors in the early 1990s already, a long time before CS entered the stage. Maybe call it something neutral - like balanced blend.....
I appreciate the video but i'm still not sure which one I should choose. I make figurines. I'm looking for something easy to work with because my hands are pretty weak, I don't want it to harden easily in room temperature, because i sure do take my time working with my crafts, but I still want it to hold detail. Somebody give me advice
I love this video so much. I have never done a skinner(skimmer?) blend before, but this video showed it closely enough that I felt confident to try it without viewing your video specifically on it, which I will still do, but I don’t think it’s necessary. You show everything in perfect detail and I learned a lot of techniques from this video!
You’re so good on explaining and teaching! I’m new on working with clay and I keep watching videos so I can learn the techniques and the possibilities and you are definitely one of the best to explain and show how to work with clay! Thank you so much and please keep adding more videos ❤
Also melts Styrofoam and certain plastit's in a white ooze is around the edge of the clay. I have been called a liar from saying this and I tell people, I'm not lying 😤
So very pretty.🦋 I'm new to your channel. You do a fabulous job! Clear, quick, and to the point. The only thing I would add maybe is an example of what you can do with that butterfly now that you made it?🤔
