i desperately need this to learn the splits to prove to mum i can do ballet (since this is what i want to do when im older) but she wants me to do the splits first, does anyone have any tips?
ill update u everday on my splits Day 1: i did the workouts pretty good, but it was definitely sore, the last stretch i used 5 pillow😁 Day 2: today was a little bit more rough, i was really sore today and my hamstrings were hurting bad in the leg stretches, i took a small water break then continued, i made it through everything today 😊, i used 6 pillows today❤ see ya tomorrow!
