How the heck did you get the water pipe coming out of the right side of the intake back on? I cannot get it to clamp over the clicks. Pulling with all my bodyweight!
Hey that’s pretty slick bro ! I can’t find the 11 button obc unit for my car I believe it’s possibly the least uncommon! I see the 7 button and 18 button always at junk yards but never the 11. And you just answered my question if only converting the displays would i still get to keep my outside temp function or would I need to do more wirring and converting….thanks for clearing that up for me and verifying that the temp will work without much effort 😊
Thank you for the video!! Was my problem too, fixed it, put everything back, filled up the reserve tank. Now runs straight to hot as soon as I turn the key on. I know I am missing something stupid like getting water in the motor( burping) not like I can get to radiator and top off water. Or reset computer system. Any ideas anyone? Help greatly appreciate!!
I had the same issue after replacing thermostat. Had to clear the vehicle codes and burp the system. Here's a video how to do it. ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-4gk4xb9aOgE.html
@@mayzabaan THANKYOU!!! Completely worked!! That's what was wrong with it. I cleared the code, ran fine for a lil', but I did not burp the system well enough! Threw code p1299. So kept filling the reservoir tank and cleared the code again. So far so good. To burp that system is just ridiculous!!!
Hello !! Thank You for the info. I went to the local PUll A Part, looked at many vehicles until I found the correct relay, and bought it for six dollars and some change. I already had an idea where to look, so it took me about an hour to find it. I went home and followed the instructions in the recall bulletin, maybe three hours, (the recall bulletin gives 0.7 hours), and I did it !!! I got the car running!! Again, Thank You !!!
Don't get me wrong but I'm almost positive those aren't regular M3 seats...... Look like Vader's to me with base M3 headrests....... Edit: Literally 36 seconds i and i had to restart the whole video
45+yrs experience as a technician in a brick n mortar shop , u went to for in open iij ng this up for the repair , u didn't have to take the wiper assembly out like you did that alone would have saved u a good 45 minutes to a hour ...... u and those vise grips while I use them also they have there place pulling off hoses to reuse isn't one of them hose pliers or cure jaw pliers are more suited to that hose removal tast . While you had it down like you did you should have went ahead and replaced your spark plugs next to the firewall , and all hoses just to be safe , and replaced the bolts and gaskets should have been replaced on upper intake plenum...... ....... can't beat experience when it comes to doing a technical job .....
My 65 year old wife replaced actuator in her 2002 windstar in 2 hours. I"m disabled. Great advice about turning on ignition to align new actuator. Thank you for saving us $400-500.
Very good video, just starting to have these problems with my 2010 Caravan. Going to make up a jumper in case it breaks down. I can see doing the external relay in the future.
I learned a lot today from your video, I just suscribed and the reason is because midas is charging me ALOT of money for changing my lower gasket and YOU just showed me that the money might be worth it. Thank you I was very curious to see what exactly am I going to pay for...
Good morning, I just wanted to update you on my Windstar, so I changed the gaskets myself😁thanks to you I saved $800 but then everything else started going wrong, my car feels like she's gonna cut off it's as if she can't breathe, I cleaned the throttle body even tried the seafoam but now I have oil in my coolant but no water in my oil, weird huh🤔 just wondering if you have any suggestions on what it might be?
