Do you like entertainment about entertainment? Are you a fan of movies and how they're made? Hemmas Studios is a place where we look back on obscure and unmade entertainment, along with the culture surrounding it.
I never understand how those versions of toy story 3 was gonna be about, very interesting Since i Love history, there's some cancelled fnaf movie projects back in 2015
The fact that Harely was not in the SS and that Deadshot's issues with his daughter were downplayed sold me on the script. They also nailed Boomerang as a character I can say that this is better than the Gunn and Ayer films
yknow, its probably extremly unlikely, but i hope that maybe one day, the original version of cars 2 written in 2007ish (?) will be found and featured on this channel
Misleading. Tolkien didn't live near any of The Fabs, he's clearly talking about a Beatle-style group making a racket nearby, not THE Beatles. He was in Oxford, and then Bournemouth, they were in Surrey, or Central London.
There are actually a few reasons, I’ll try to keep the explanation as short as I can: 1. In all of the videos I use comic panels, when it’s superhero based, a lot of the panels are used for inspiration for the scripts for moments or visuals, but the text in the bubbles doesn’t necessarily match with the context of what is in the script itself. 2. It becomes distracting when you have the text on the screen because you start to read it, and it takes away from what’s going on in the video. 3. I’m a big stickler about consistency, so if I blot the bubbles out for the panels in one video, it’ll drive me crazy if it’s not blotted out for all of them. Ultimately, it comes down to personal preference. :)
Very coincidental that today you commented this on the video. This morning I was thinking specifically about the stuff I put in the news bar. I deadass think it’s the most underrated joke I have in any of the videos.
you know that give me an idea to make a Thomas and friends version of the story to where the engines are set in to go to Japan and it focus the friendship of James and Edward
Now imagine an alternate universe where we got this along with the "Whodunnit" draft (s) as either actual movies or specials (kinda like TS of Terror and TS: That Time Forgot) Hee-Hee and Gladiola would probably be a brief mention (or be side characters if Dave also meets Andy's grandma) and I imagine the real Toy Story 3 (Toy Story 5 in this timeline) with Andy and Sunny going to College and a larger group of toys trying to get to them. (maybe Sunny's toys would be on Woody's side)
i like your animation of the plot, its simple but effective :) the real toy story 3 is a better story for a feature film, but the first draft detective story is fun and would be a good short/episode/special. the second draft seems kind of messy but maybe still better than toy story 4.
I love the idea of someone finding out that the toys are real being shown to be getting counselling and seen as insane by other people. Thats equal parts messed up and funny and I wouldn't put it past Pixar to do a joke like that.
Oh, yeah. I remember first hearing about this cancelled sequel back in 2012 and being absolutely fascinated and wanting to know more, but I just kinda had to move on in the years following... until now.
To be fully honest, this plot sounds kinda confusing, and it doesn’t feel much like a Toy Story movie to me. It seems like a good thing to me that we got something else
I remember when they originally announced it, and double remember when they were making Shazam (2019) when the Rock was saying how he didn’t know if he was going to play Shazam or Black Adam. And I remember thinking back then ‘Wait, hasn’t he been Adam for *years*?’
Toy Story 3: The Whodunnit Woody Pride Jessie Buzz Lightyear Bullseye Rex Hamm Slinky Mr & Mrs Potato Head LGMS Bo Peep Wheezy Lenny Rocky Gibraltar Robots Snake Hockey Puck Roly Poly Mr Shark Troikas RC Mr Mike Mr Spell Etch A Sketch See N Say Hehe Sheshe
NGL I’m glad the “Whodunnit” versions of Toy Story 3 weren’t the one we got. Woody seems really OOC, the plot doesn’t look like it could sustain 90+ minutes, and the sock monkeys’ redemptions sound rushed AF
It's amazing to know that there was an even earlier version of Toy Story 3, which didn't even carry the name Toy Story 3 in the 2002 draft, which was intended to be in 2D, and that there are 2 variants is probably the most curious and interesting thing that i have known in a long time. If one day you talk about Toy Story 4, you should know that it also had several versions throughout its production, only unlike Toy Story 3, all versions were developed by Pixar. 1. The first draft from 2013 written by Ben Karlin. 2. The Rom-Com version written by Rashida Jones and Will McCormack. 3. A version before the final version where Bo Peep left with a girl (probably Harmony) at the ending. 4. Another version before the final version where she had a post-apocalyptic type appearance and she was a kind of Robin Hood.
