One question….when I do the scorpion I struggle to step through to my hands with my right foot ( front foot in surfing for me) How do I get more mobility to do that? Hips? Thoracic?? It’s affecting my take-offs sometimes…

It will depend on how long time ago you had the surgery and how bad it is your movements? I will suggest to go to our online academy and try the reset body series to help you slowly get back.

They come up with good ideas, but they don't really consider that the person who really needs it, is the person who can't do it! I can't down and up off the floor, either. But it looks like a great idea!😢😊
You should try it anyway. You don't get down or off the floor for different reasons. Please ask someone to help you go down the floor to try it. Look, it is a very, very simple exercise to apply without any risk of injury. Going slow and very moderate.
