I’m just a regular guy sharing my motorcycle passions from a regular guys point of view. From new product reviews, install tutorials, vlogging and of course saddle time on the Moto. Sit back, relax and enjoy!
The first thing you need to know about welding is that you need to protect your skin and your eyes from the UV light. It is very intense and it will burn you just like a very bad sunburn. No joke. Wear gloves and eye protection and protect your arms with long sleeves and if you've got shorts on cover your legs. Always wear a face mask. And if you have one, use a fan to blow away the smoke so you don't breathe it.
Hello my friend, why you change the position ot the clump on steering dumper you had it on the down size now hou put it in the up size i just put the same as you did on your old bike
Vinyl gloves would have saved you from having to wipe the pipes down with the cleaner at the end. I just did a Stage 2 install on my Ultra Limited in January. Great video, I am very interested in the Low Rider ST as my next bike. I am 65 and the Ultra Limited is getting kind of heavy for a guy who is 150 lbs with bad shoulders and knees.
Ty for the video... I hope you dont ever havw to take those risers off with all the loctite you used lol. But ty for breaking it down. You earned a new follower
@@mikeestevez5047 thank you 🙏 yaaa lol I went a little overboard on the LT, but I have taken them off since then. Not that bad lol but not that easy either. Ride safe.
My brother I’m 34. Just got my “M” license and I cannot wait to do exactly what you’re doing, go 40 in a 40. I bought the bike for its sound first and looks second. To be delivered in September. And the idea that I know it’s completely unnecessary, and anybody watching me drive by at 40 knows it’s unnecessary too, makes me chuckle.
@@CMC61 I’m 45. No way your to old! Ride safe, wear gear, and enjoy! You will be ok. Just don’t push yourself. You got to work on Monday lol unless you’re retired lol
Yes, of course its too much for the road, of course its boring at legal speeds, of course its uncomfortable and has poor fuel economy, but when you do twist that throttle, it just blows your mind! The noise, the handling through the bends, the compression, is indescribable! I just love it! I have had three R1s over 10 years, I cannot get enough. I keep thinking I should quit and be sensible, but every time I go and ride it and my adrenalin is pumping, I think: I don't know what I am going to do when I'm not fit enough to ride anymore.
Bro I ordered my moons mc light exact same model as u but it came by itself so u know if I have to order it separate cuz it don't work with the factory wiring plug
Coming from a Suzuki 600 bandit And then a cbr 600 f Zero electronics no abs Getting my mt 09sp 21’ in few days I’m not even bothering with 2,3,4 everything in 1 🤪
Hey, bros, I was watching a BlockHead video and he was changing his risers and bars off of his 2020 Low Rider S. When he took the stock risers off he took a pair of vise grips and unscrewed the bolt out of the stock risers and used them for the new ones. This comment was just for informational purposes. The Bible says that we die for lack of knowledge.
I watch so many of these install videos and I gotta say, you make it really easy to follow along. Most people skip through the essential parts. Do they sell the bolts on Thrashin's website? I haven't seen them there. Also, are those mid bend bars? I'm 5'6 and I was thinking of going with 6'5 risers with mid bend bars. Not sure if it''ll be a good height for me. Any thoughts?
Great looking color scheme on that helmet! I did not know about that Pinlock piece. I'll have to see if it's still sitting in my helmet box. Thanks for the video.
On the fairings next to the front sprockets, those four bolts/screws going down either side (the 8 bolts/screws in total) don’t actually need to be removed, it can come out as one piece. The gas cap does not need to be removed either.
On the ring that clamps too the forktube i would prefer to have close to 0 gap on the outside and then bigger gap on the inside. it will tighten uniformly anyway. And 8-9 nm is absolutly nothing people, you have to use loctite and its super important not to over torqe this becouse you will destory your suspension. I feel with these small clamps on fork tubes its gonna break either way one day.
