Thank god it’s not another video about wanting to put MacOS on an iPad, or a video saying that there is no reason to upgrade from the 2018 iPad because the new one doesn’t run Netflix any better.
Yeah, I am trying to make my video not the same as everyone else. I just wanted to add more input that is not mentioned as much. So when I continue to do updates about my new iPad I am gonna try talk about something different so it not the same repetitive thing over and over lol. Anything you want to know about the new one once I get it let me know. Thank you for reviewing my video.
Can you review pioneer ddj flx6 gt controller and compare with this mixstream pro go please ? Which dj controller do you prefer ? What’s the advantage and disadvantage these are controller ? Which devices should be buy for learn and party? Thnx
Just picked up the game from Amazon can you tell me more about Aux cord that plugs into amp and the name of that little converter that gets plugged in to ps4 I’m guessing best by or guitar center ? Other questions for you do I need audio cables going from ps4 to tv or to my boss speaker ? Thank you any little bit of info helps
After 6 months since you bought the Numark Mixstream Pro Go console, how has it gone? What has been your experience. I have been evaluating consoles to get started in this world of DJing to see if I can do it. Do you think it's good to start off on the right foot? Will I be able to sell it easily if I'm not good at DJing?
I used it for some private events and clubs it is okay but still limited what you can do with it. The output is okay but really had to boost the gain on it. had some issues with Amazon but other times it work perfectly. I use it more for practing at home and minor thing with my students at school I teach at now
Can’t compare them to rane 12 at all, those have moving platters. Coming from pioneers I think these are nice but a bit steep at $699 I bought them in excellent shape for $250 each. I do like them, the platters are a bit stiff but I can live with it.
Is this a controller you could use without a laptop? I don't have or want use a laptop so could you actually get away with this controller on its own with literally nothing else? Thanks.
Yes you can. The Mixstream Pro GO has standalone mode in which you don't need to plug in ur laptop and controller mode where you can plug in a laptop to control up to 2 different apps! Including VIRTUALDJ!
Bear in mind that Blackmagic already have a reputation for constant development of the desktop version of Davinci, so I’m sure we’ll see the same pattern in the iOS version. The fact that the other pages are already accessible suggests to me that they will arrive soon for iPad - Blackmagic are probably just refining the interface a little for touch. Both the desktop and iOS version are free for all but advanced users, and the iPad version can use external drives and cloud storage properly, so sharing between the two platforms is a two-way thing. For me, going Davinci on the iPad was a no brainer as I’d already invested in the Studio version for desktop and I also have the Speed Editor (which works on iPad too, making editing very quick). Thanks for a good review.
Just started DJing grabbed the Hercules Inpulse 500 but I’m definitely trying to grab the Prime 2 or 4 if I can’t find it I’ll just go with the prime Go
Stand-alone controllers are my favorite. I’ve got the pioneer RX2 I got in 2020 and got the Denon prime GO. If I could go back, I’d get the prime 4 but I’m just holding off till the new prime comes along. The SC Live just isn’t built for what I do. (Mobile Dj) I’m kinda over being 100% tied to a computer.
@@JoePhame yeah closest thing to the prime is the RX, XZ and of course the Opus but they price of the XZ and Opus is so much more than the prime but you get all the pads and nicer buttons back. Denon really nailed it on features man. Design just wasn’t traditional enough.
Bought my 1st tables at 15 and couldn't afford 1200s so I got Gemini pt2000's instead and loved them. But 1200s have a reputation for a reason. They were bullet proof and lol had that torque.
I’m doing your position in like two weeks on POA. They told me they had gear for me but this made me email them again just to make sure 😂😂😂😂 deff bringing my own headphones and laptop though.
Bring a setup they went a year so after I left without a DJ and took audio stuff to use from the crew lounge and made people unhappy.. Bring a setup regardless what they say. You'll thank me later lol
@@JoePhame well im emailing to have written proof that i was told they would have gear so i cant get any slack for it. the only deck i have is my roommates XDJ since i got rid of my serato controller. i guess im going to have to get there and see about ordering something again myself - but at least ill have documentation that they told me they had something.
@@JoePhame well you’re right. I leave this weekend and now I’m scrambling to buy a controller that will be in in time. Absolutely frustrated at the communication
Is a shame they make the new technics mk 7 cheap not like the original 1200 mk 2 oh 5 wheel of steel damn so sad about that n not made on Japan I rather keep my 1200 mk 5 n my mk 2 still working like a champ since 89 I like the pioneer pls 1000 is heavy build n the torn arm is good for scratching turntablist too n is a simple turntable it feel like the original technic 1200 wheel of steel they feel the same when I touch it n I bought me a pair when they stop making the technic now they came back but cheap n expensive the original technic 1200 was $500 in the ,80s for what I remember i
To me the best MPC is the one that you use, IMO. If you have more than one then the one that you are currently using is the best. When I am using my 2000XL, as far as I am concerned it's the best. Wave visual chopping is a breeze on it, sequencing my hardware is great, and it sounds warm and gritty. When I use the little 500, it always amazes me how good the results turn out, so as far as I am concerned when I am using it then it's the best. Actually the 500 made it easy for me to understand how to use the 3000 and the 3000 made me better at using the 500 as chopping by numbers is so simple on the 3000 and the techniques translate to using the 500. Those who don't like the 500 because it doesn't have wave editing, won't like the 3000 either for the same reason. Needless to say when I am using the 3000 as far as I am concerned it's the best. Every time I try to convince myself that I prefer one over the other, the other proves that it can't be dismissed. They all can be used to make incredible beats. Now I have a guitarist type of mentality. I choose one out of the selection that suits the job and then just get on with it.
This confirmed my theory. I like the idea of using a controller to sample from, I have a pioneer rx2 , no turntable but still want to sample like most producers from a song. Basically from an MP3 to a sampler. It's nice to able to mix music and play it and listen. To it and when you hear something nice, just start sampling. You could even use a dual output red and white so you can listen to the music while the sampler is recording
Hi I subscribed to your channel, please. I would like to ask you how do you connect akai force from an xprime1850 mixer to sample and how do you connect everything to keep the same bpm on the sc6000m and force?
I noticed it easy to same bpm on the controller and same bpm in your project file but you can always change bpm and pitch after you recorded the sample into the force. I am not sure how the force works since I don't own one but I am sure it works the same way. The force just has a different lay out compare to the MPC.
All the people taking shit about cyberpower, I bought my first prebuilt in 2019, one of the best pc I’ve ever owned (by cyberpower) I built my own pc, using the case from cyber power computer I bought in 2019, in 2021, case is great, it’s actually the case in this video, and I bought my 2nd prebuilt 3rd pc last month from cyberpower, and it hasn’t failed nothing has, people must be unlucky:..
yeah it not bad at all.. I love how I can change out the parts easy... will be upgrading my cpu from the i9 9900k to the 12900k and switch out the motherboard :)
My issue is that both Apple and Microsoft are always updating their operating systems to fix vulnerabilities which is a good thing. But for a DJ performer it causes a lot of problems where you can never really predict that your laptop is going to be stable. Additionally, the Prime 4 is just a beast from a connectivity standpoint. I agree with you about hte effects, but I was able to get Echo and Flanger to work simultaneously which is all I basically use. I like having a solid dedicated platform that just works. Cheers!
Hey bro, I need your help. I have a MPC X and Prime 4. I connected them with the RCA like you did in the same spots (switches are on LINE), go to sample, have it on input 3,4, but im getting no movement on the meter. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks
