Just a heads up, I've deleted the cut portions of the All My Children and One Life to Live final episodes and replaced them with single videos of the full episodes.
It took a minute for me to get into this particular soap opera, but as an adult, around the end of the 90's, I finally did. It was because of the Reva/Josh and Philip/Beth/Harley storyline.
All the things going on in this town reminds me of stories ofcoysubs marrying each other. Looks like almost everyone is connected to to the town they've married each other in the past. Almost like, who's on first,
I never got to watch GL much but seeing how good he was playing Jonathan and how intense he played him, I wish either B&B, or Y&R or GH would snag him up. He's really good
I Totally Agree I Miss These Soap Opera Shows Too They were So good Much Better than these Talk Shows and the 🗑 Garbage 🗑 They have today Guiding Light Edge of Night Dark Shadows Search for Tomorrow Secret Storm Love of Life One Life to Live Alll My Children As the World Turns Ryan's Hope Another World Santa Barbara Passions Sunset Beach I Wish and Would Absolutely Love For them to Be Back On ❤❤❤❤❤ 🙏❤️
great. I searche the episode / scene of Guiding Light with Maeve and Kyle in the bathtub. I believe it was between August 1985 and April 1986. Can you upload this ? greetings from Germany.
I always thought that it was pointless and stupid that they felt the need to kill Jackie off when they did, rather than just finding another way to write her out, if they felt that they needed to (maybe saying that she needed to travel to Chicago to take care of her elderly father). How wonderful would it have been to have Phillip and Jackie share a few scenes, now that he knew that she was his birth mother. They could have tried to get Cindy Picket, or even Carrie Mowrey to come back for a week or two. It would have been a wonderful way put what Phillip has just learned into context, and also to close out Jackie's storyline, since she spent the better part of six years keeping this secret from Phillip.
I still miss watching this. I wonder what the actors who are still alive would be doing in 2024? This baby that Phillip is daying is his; is it the little girl she named Peyton?
For me, the incredible Michael Zaslow was absolutely the GREATEST villain in daytime tv. Not to mention, he was a wonderful man off screen. As a teenager, I wrote a fan letter to him and to my surprise, I received an awesome signed photograph from him. A photograph I'll forever treasure. Michael was a kind, sweet, very dear man who cared about his fans. It truly broke my heart that he suffered from ALS. I always loved him on Guiding Light and missed him dearly. Daytime tv lost a true legend when Michael Zaslow passed on, and Guiding Light was never the same without him. R.I.P. to the GREAT Michael Zaslow. ❤️❤️🥰🥰😇😇🙏🙏
I wish they didn't let Jonathan be all crazy & have him be all about Tammy that was hes cousin..Jonathan & Lizzie could have been something! Why come back ?
