I’m a little confused about the economic status of a lot if these characters. We know most if them went to private school, drive big cars, and clearly are rich. They bought Jen a diamond necklace for her birthday… yet Heidi says she couldn’t afford school…
Heidi is brainwashed til this day. Spencer is a master manipulator. So many red flags with that guy. His face should be in the dictionary next to narcissistic personality disorder. And their story on The Hills should be a narc warning video.
I could’ve sworn Heidi and Jen being delusional was the scripted part, but it turns out: nope! They are genuinely not seeing any fault in their actions. Still. Wow!
I really wish all these podcasts and different influencers. Working with better help it’s not actually a good service and they don’t have actually licensed therapist there. Not to mention they don’t take insurance and it’s super expensive.
I think the cast (well…some? Most?) have so much resentment to LC bc whether she was famous or not, wealthy upbringing or not, she’s gorgeous, she was a popular girl, every guy wanted her, she had great parents & no issues with siblings I know of, yes she was privileged, but it didn’t look like anything was just handed to her, both her & Lo had such a great work ethic & were wise & mature at a young age bc their parents had raised them well, to WANT to have what YOU earned. So neither of them gave into peer pressure, they had fun but weren’t wild, they seemed very aware at how lucky/grateful they were, had integrity, took responsibilities seriously, keeping to their schedules, knowing their boundaries - just so many things that famous or not you would be so jealous of both then & now if you’re insecure. LC is aware of when she needs toxicity of any form, out of her life, so I don’t think she controls her friends, she just knows that she doesn’t deserve the weight of bad decisions others have made, (that she’s warned them of so many times & tried to be kind & caring as long as she could) on her - she knew her worth by 18 👏 TL:DR - Lauren could sneeze & they’d all be jealous. What’s even more ridiculous is that those were really her shows, & most were still never appreciative of the platform she gave them. The guys seem fine with her, but the girls…I don’t think those feelings will ever end. You can’t buy the morals & life she has 🤷♀️
Oh wow - Jason mentioned going to boarding school at the same creepy location Paris Hilton did her doco on? No wonder the poor guy didn’t get any better if it was the same one or similar! 🤮 He seems like a great person now, well done to him 👏
These girls are delusional. I think everyone including Lauren had moments of immaturity but Heidi let’s be clear you were a trash friend. That rumor thing was not forgivable.
So what about the rumor that Spencer and Heidi spread? Was that made up. If not, Heidi you need to take accountability instead of acting like Lauren woke up one day and decided not to be your friend. I wouldn’t trust a so called friend that was cool with her man spreading lies about me.
Interesting how much they shade Lauren ... & one of the results of that shade was her never appearing on this podcast. She DID, however, appear on Back to the Beach where she wasn't shaded. And Kristen was one of the hosts of that podcast.

Love hearing behind the scenes from producers etc. They should do some kind of catch up and talk about the show. Can’t believe a word out of any of the cast because they flip flop SO much and are so one sided. It KILLS them that Lauren is doing well and wants nothing to do with them. All they do is constantly talk about how they should be friends. If she was such a horrible person like you claim now, why would you want to be friends? You are bashing her for getting upset at these situations and shutting people out while also admitting that you were using her (Brody & Frankie & others). It is really that shocking that she wants nothing to do with you and your “fake” friendships according to you. I’m confused.
It’s gross all Brody was willing to do to be apart of the show & stay relevant enough to keep around. Like, here he could’ve clarified the situation but chose not to & let it ruin a friendship for the sake of a storyline. It’s even grosser that instead of taking accountability he’s trying to put the blame on Lauren & the producers.
This -- additionally, it's very clear that Lauren and Brody made a pact post-show to pretend they were just "platonic friends with no chemistry" to avoid constantly getting asked about getting back together. Considering how much of The Hills crossed over into scripted fakery, it's impossible to ignore how much they adored each other.
Lmao. They’re so full of shi & obviously haven’t listened to Kristin & Stephen’s podcast because they would know: 1. At no point did Kristin “call her out” to appear. All she did was express she would like to have her on the show & did so nicely & respectfully. 2. They were friendly throughout the episode, trading compliments & both apologized to the other. 3. They clarify the last time they saw each other they were on good terms & that they had resolved their beef prior to MTV’s arrival but MTV dragged it out for the show. 4. Lauren hesitated initially because she had never rewatched the show. But during the pandemic she had time & enjoyed Kristin & Stephen’s pilot episode so she agreed to be a guest. Again, all of this can be confirmed by listening to the fkn podcast. 🤣🤦🏽♀️🙄
I love how they forget details when it comes to themselves but remember everything involving Lauren. Then they want us to believe they aren’t being negative just speaking their truth when they can’t be entirely trusted. Why? Because they admit plotting to get & stay on the show. I mean Brody said he was willing to pay & that Spencer concocted a master plan & created a character to be apart of the cast. Also, Lauren was never at risk of losing her spot however they were & had to do things she didn’t to stay relevant enough to keep around.
"Show's not real producers made us do most of it" but yet jen and brody are really going at it and in their feelings about these "fake" scenarios 😂😂😂 make it make sense.
Ugh I was enjoying this so much and as soon as Heidi enters . She js bashing Lauren whenever she could. All these digs are crazy !! Like what about Heidi’s mom what about that drama was that all Spencer’s “ genius work” cuz her mom tears didn’t look fake . Do they ever even cover that ?
Lauren did seem very controlling the fact that both roomates say it u have to believe it. I think brody likes lauren but she was bit uptight for him to date . I dont think they are bashing her per se they just spilling the tea and im here for it.

The way they were talking about people on this podcast, and the way Stephen and Kristin talk about other people in their own podcast is JUST WAYYY DIFFERENT. Stephen and Kristin definitely matured, but tbh, it was obvious in Laguna Beach that they were truly nice people. In contrast, what Audrina, Brody, Heidi, Frankie showed on The Hills and how they are acting on this platform, just show how toxic they are as people. I thought this platform would finally help show the good side of them but no - they just plain validated how insecure they are. It’s sad but really happy for Lauren that she got away from these toxicities. And I was surprised with Brody. He seemed to be nice when he was younger but he has grown into this hateful man. The audience were not made to believe Lauren is the victim. What these people did in the past on the show and what they are doing and saying now are what made people love and sympathize with Lauren.
I dont like how they are talking about Lauren when shes not there. If you are going to create a podcast talking about someone then they should at least be present so they can tell their side of the story.
Jason is the nicest man, I was going through alcoholism and Jason gave me some words of wisdom all the way from the USA, I am in the uk. I am now 9 months sober.
