can this build fight ubers? the only thing i havent done in this game is make an uber killing toon. ive played here and there since the original diablo 2 before LOD. so being able to finish that last task would be great. i was actually thinking about doing the death or grief fury druid this current ladder season (7) because i just recently came back to play. this build looks super fun and if it could kill ubers that would be legit af.
I seriously, and have ALWAYS FELT, that all youtubers are greatly missing out on mages. They literally shoot everything with all damage types besides magic as you teleport for thousands of damage. Everyone misses this. I take mages over corpse explosion. Corpse explosion is absolutely a 1 Point Wonder. The damage stays the same, and the radius is PLENTY from all skills. Mages give MUCH BETTER boss kills than corpse explosion, as well. I destroy Hell Baal and DClone with full summons. I can Uber, but its hard to stay alive, nit because of my summons, but because the necro himself is weak.
There is not a single other game ever created that can give a player the dopamine hit that D2 gives(and now D2R). Blizzard really cracked the code on creating literal digital opiates with that game.
@dbrunski125 currently I do 8kdps with the same setup , including merc with pride lvl 20/ aura. I still don't understand how ur hitting 12k dps. with windforce i can hit 12k same setup . makes no sence
I’m playing a summon Druid on project Diablo 2 and with the ability to have all of the pets out, plus a teleport in our skill tree, it’s a ton of fun and I highly recommend it.
Or be a streamer that plays single player for no other reason than to "farm off stream" and magically have everything drop *cough* *cough* hero editor.
There's something to be said about going for a balanced ES/vitality build too. All our eggs in one basket isn't always the way to go. 40 points across ES and Telekinesis is a massive investment and doesn't leave a lot for our other skills. There will always be some sweaty meta gamer that will have a burning desire to tell you that you are wrong however, at the end of the day do what works for you or more importantly what is fun for you.
lars quest goes by ilvl(depends where item dropped) not just gives the max. normal cow gives cs and poleaxe 4os for example. and game difficulty use of lars quest are all the same, just depends on the ilvl.
I really wish I had the staggering number of high runes needed to try this kinda shit. Ill farm chaos and cows 2-3 hours a day, every day, for the entire season and Im lucky to end up with enigma and maybe 1-2 spare high runes.
miss u brunski... i'm using an eth hustle/ lawbringer right now frenzy merc and its pretty solid for players 1... ofc i don't have a fort rn. but what u said about the support is so valid. the damage to undead when i went eth hustle and eth head striker vs eth hustle and lawbringer, was just insanely different and i think its because u go from them having the 50% damage reduction to physical to getting that 500%+ increase damage to them, also as a cold sorc, being able to break through those cold immune physical immune undeads is such an important ability.. also the eth hustle offering the burst of speed and fanat aura, is essentially adding 30% ias to both of your weapons which lawbringer desperately needs. i ended up sticking with my eth hustle and lawbringer even owning an eth head striker. its better rounded for my needs atm.
Bro I watched this video yesterday, and today my first Unique Sacred Armor dropped from AT. Guess what, it was Tyraels... Never in my life did I think this is gonna happen. My merc was still using Smoke because I just started playing offlline. So yeah, at least I will put this on Razan. about 50 runs before I also found a 40/15 jewel, this game is CRAZY.
Back on PC OG Diablo 2 with the expansions I ran a Druid with some werewolf and a little into Werebear, but mainly Werewolf and summons. I kinda just went with a Thematic stereotype druid of some personal damage alongside a wild army... was more surprised when it MELTED most boss fights by either leaving me to clear the Adds, or the Adds dying so fast I was barely bothered when nuking off chunks of Boss health... hell the ONLY boss I struggled with was the final one and that was just cause I had forgotten to level up at all in the fifty hours after I killed Diablo and reached the true end game... So when the remaster came out and everyone was going sole summons or solely personal damage I was wondering what shit they were smoking to miss out on the massive damage you get with a pack of beasts backing you up.. Edit: granted my build also used the skull (if I remember correctly) to get a crapton of life steal on kill... which applied to the summons so ANY kill healed the entire party...
How can i easily and without hassle force getting a proc, especially Fade from Treachery? It's giving me headache to get it exactly when i need it, not just randomly when i occasionally do PvM. I mean 5% chance to proc is not that much. Good Tipps there anyone? :) nice guide btw, i will try that soon on oldschool singlePlayer on my old LoD installation (with PlugY). Cheers.
