@@dr.lindsaymarie There have been studies comparing both together for lowering blood pressure, and keto has overwhelmingly crushed the DASH diet. You should read those studies. At the same time, diabetics were able to stop their medication, which DASH did not achieve. So if we compare and do such studies with those results, we can say that the other is better. Clearly better

Put rice in a sock , heat it up in the microwave for about 25 sec then place it on the chalazion. After it heats up then massage out. 2 3x a day. With clean fingers 1 finger in eyelid at the base and 1 finger outside of eyelid. Massage out 👍
I've unfortunately had one for over a year now on my right eye, and currently have one rn on my left eye. I'm on the doxycycline low dose and wipes and warm compress and nothing is helping. I've had the left eye one since the beginning of May. I swear I can see it come to a head when I massage it downward and stretch my eyelid left to right. I'm terrified of surgery ar anything invasive, especially if I can go blind.😢

I had that. I think I got it from a black fly bite when I was on holiday in Australia. My leg was swollen and red. I was shaking and felt ill. I hadn’t realised it could be life threatening. Anyway I was lucky and antibiotics got rid of it. But I must add I am a very clean person and still got this.
You have really inspired me honestly like a lot. Being in a family that not middle class and have absolutely no doctors , who i can ask for advice is stressful. And i want to become a pediatrician, and hearing about loans stress me out because i saw my dad fighting about loans once all though he done paying it now but it was bad experience for him . Because I have one parent with me and another one in another country that i would like to help enter the U.S one day but when I think about it all it cause me stressed because it all seems impossible. Senior in high school by the way, but after watching your video, it gives me a little hope of maybe i can actually become what I want to be. And thank you for that.
Question: Is kombucha considered wine or is it considered a regular drink, just like natural juice? I want an answer in boring detail because Muslims are forbidden from drinking alcohol.
Good question. I hope this helps: Kombucha is a fermented drink, so it can contain alcohol. However, it typically only has trace amounts and is considered nonalcoholic. The Alcohol and Tobacco Tax and Trade Bureau (TTB) considers kombucha nonalcoholic if it contains less than 0.5% alcohol.

I heard IPL is a very successful way to resolve this problem: I am in a starter stages now and my doctor advised to do the home remedies and said if it doesnt go away we can discuss other solutions, but I will probably ask for IPL first.

I love kombucha. I brew my own, and sometimes buy flavors that are hard to make. But, besides the yeast and bacteria, the base kombucha has 3 ingredients: water, tea, and sugar. I don’t understand why people think there’s no sugar in it. Less than colas, perhaps, but it’s not sugar-free.
