What would be good for my 8year old? I really have no clue.she loves the demo …go pikachu eevee… because its just running arround in that garden catching pokemons and do some battles but right now i dont know what the full game is like
I've looked at some gameplay and something about the style just doesn't connect to me. The mechanics seem super cute but the movement of the characters and shadows/lighting is way off. It gives me mayor mobile game vibes for some reason and I don't mean it in a positive way. Maybe it's a little unfair because it's not out yet but I really hope they take their time to touch this up. I see a lot of people excited for it and I really hope they can enjoy it once it comes out. I'll just wait and see how it turns out.
Legends is better designed, the story is the only thing that sv might win in, it's dark and has an affect on you. I mean they start this heart warming end and then nope Marvin is an orphan.
Why is everyone always so hung up on there being no voice acting? Do people hate reading that much? Or is it something else? Not only that, but you'd need to get the accents right, or it sounds terrible.
Natsume always recycle the same concept since their first Harvest Moon game (The Lost Valley): restoring a "broken" village by helping the villagers. Boring.
Moose was one of my starter villagers and I’ve had him for two years. His partner phoebe left my island today and I’m needing to put Marty in his place
I appreciate this review. So many early impressions of the game complain about the different skin tones of the game and all the anti-woke grift is really getting annoying. As far as character designs go, I don’t really mind the more cartoonish design. A lot of games nowadays are always competing to To me, this game has been on my wishlist for a while. Ever since I first saw Fellowship of the Ring, I always wanted to live in a place like Hobbiton and hope this game offers that kind of escapism.
legends arceus simply because of one reason….. YOU CAN ACTUALLY HEAR THE SHINY SOUND instead of in SV where you can only rely on visuals which sucks for the pokemon that look the same as their regular colour, that is if you don’t use auto battle
Looks fun. I want this game, I'm a big LOTR fan, I'll buy this game. Buuuut.....I've been burned by games in the past and I'm not falling for it anymore. I'll buy it after the hype has died down, after they fix the launch bugs, after they remake the entire broken game, and I know it's something that's fun for me. I not a preorder investor / founder anymore because games publishers and developers have turned me sour with false promises, pay to win, and other predatory marketing. If you build it well, I'll buy it post- review.
The biggest thing that struck me as odd is the "shared meal". I love the preparation, inviting fellow hobbits, serving...but why are you just staring at them watching them ear? Shared meal - we should all share and eat, no?
