Do you mean a workout for the muscles used in frisbee? Deltoids, biceps, triceps plus stamina training? or are you talking about using the frisbee and equipment in a workout? Land or pool? Lots of choices!

I like that term “exercise snack“ I pay attention to the length of time that people watch my videos and it seems they watched them for the same amount of time whether they are five minutes or 20 minutes or even an hour. I love your feedback thank you
