As a piece of journalism this is singular. Not even all that into shrooms, but for those who are this is a gem. Being able to speak to the creator of something so impactful and have them speak so eloquently about the origins, and their experiences is nothing short of amazing.
I have cultivated them, as well as albino PE, but I am not a fan. Yes, they're very potent, but they are a diva and the yield is not as good as in the natural strains. One thing that they _do_ have going for themselves is that they do not sporulate all over the cake when they mature.
This guy is so full of himself He's just making shit up as he goes along I'm a microbiologist I've been grown mushrooms for 30 years cubensis is cubensis is cubensis more or less with more or less punch anybody can improve a strain of mushrooms by selective breeding for lack of a better term I doubt very much this guy did anything to improve penis energy or develop it I did some selective mixing of spores or isolating of spores I should say but and I was able to get a strain that you couldn't even blow a puff a air on it without him turning blue You can't just tell by the color You can't just tell by how easily it turns blue You may be isolating the genes that cause easy oxidation rather than higher psilocybin count when it turns blue it's not necessarily strong or it just oxidizes easily so this guy's full of shit basically he thinks he knows something All he did was develop a mushroom strain anybody can do that if they have the will and a little tiny bit of knowledge 1:45:27
That's funny, when I used to take albino PE I would get visited by the mushrooms every time. Speaking to it for hours and what seemed forever. Everything I thought would be answered immediately back. It was wild. Used to grow PE and they were the hardest to fruit but I would always get enough to get a bunch of trips. They would knock me out of this world every time. I had the most bizarre shit happen. Once the entity/mushrooms started speaking that was my cue to go lay down in a dark room and let myself go. But sometimes I would wanna say no and listen to music or relax, right away it would start attacking all my senses until I went and laid down. I would be listening to music and it would start stretching, distorting, turning the volume to zero and then to super loud over and over. Make me feel like I was melting and my world would come crashing in. When I listened to it and went to my bed everything Ould be super sober, like the most reality ive ever felt. I would feel the presence and then for what felt like hours and hours I sat in dark speaking to these things. Usually with the intent of making me leave my body and going with them. I had that experience over 50 times and experienced so many incredible things. Mushrooms changed my life and everything. Saved me. I was mentally so jaded form my childhood etc.. I totally turned myself around on mushrooms and I have a perfect wife who let me do what I had to do in order to change. I had so so many heavy experiences, every time I ate an 1/8th or more and LSD 3 tabs usually. I went hard almost every time for about 2-3 years weekly. Made DMT and tried it many times. I do not really do it or use it anymore as I have just had too many life changing trips and I made out alive with my brain intact so I figure it's better to be smart and use the info I got. Ketamine was great for my mental health in terms of feeling alive for the first time in my life, but it also made me believe I had died and gone to Heaven, that I was in a simulation, and several other delusions. They were incredibly convincing. It is definitely dose related so just be careful with taking too much too frequently.
Ive encountered entities before on mushrooms and i didnt need to eat ounces (which i have a dozen times, basically overkill after 7-12grams it just gets too intense to get much value out of- too easy to get amnesia)
You can't perform reactions when you smoke? I have no, I mean ZERO intuition in any area of science that interests me unless I smoke. However, I have been smoking since 1992 with a few lapses, just to prove to myself that I don't need it. the fact that there is a story to tell about a particular strain of mushroom makes me intrigued, but come on, almost 3 hours!!?? I'd like to hear a condensed version, maybe 10-15 minutes long. I can't imagine how it can possibly take 3 hours or how you can stay interesting for that long
You should look at the wild honey, and see what kind of compounds are in it. I've read the pollen goes through like 10 bees with different reduction enzyme before it becomes honey, with piers japonica.
