Like many of you, we have full time jobs, kids little league sports, school projects, and family life during the week. In our spare time, we like to enjoy the outdoors as a family, work on projects for our homestead, care for our farm animals & grow our own food.
Homesteading is flat out challenging, we are not experts, just a family that enjoys our hobby farm and homesteading. We make mistakes along the way, learn from the mistakes and try again. Oh yeah & we try & have fun along the way, don’t forget the fun.

In TN, I lost a 5acre pond. When I called County Water Development, they came out and were worried about where the water went and said there "unknown to the public" earthquakes going on in the area.
❤❤❤❤i suggested this before why don't you put a water tank on the back of the dump truck and then water parts of your pastures. Now that you have a good well to draw water from it shouldn't take much time. Love the content.
I got a screen shot of something red looking on the bottom when you first plopped the camera down, second time- also looked like a small fish hook in a little debris pile. It could all be twigs and nuts an roots there is a layer of silt also! I was hoping you could squeeze that camera down what appears to be the cavern- you landed on what looked like a ledge? Way cool. Didn’t see that red color anywhere else, however.
Great footage in the well. It seemed that even when you hit the bottom there were drop offs , so maybe there are little ledge type pieces. There also looked like metal strips . That was very clear footage and I’m wondering if the well isn’t self filling from underground water well that never dries out. 🦋🫶🙏🇦🇺

Fascinating, the Well, very interesting 😊🩵🇬🇧 At 27:46 - 27:47 I see a rectangle shaped block? Lighter grey bottom part of it and a darker grey smaller rectangle sitting inside it though raised up?? Curious object. I think there's more than one, another one or two behind it? I took screenshots and enlarged the picture and this is what I saw - fascinating 😊
Super good time to clean out your ponds. Boy you guys definitely need some rain though. We do too, we're in AZ and in desperate need of rain. I think O'l Russell just has a bone bruise or something similar to that. All the animals are looking good. Your extension office might take it in go through their systems. Or they’ll have the address of the state where you mail water to.. this reminds me of all the old wells in England and Wales in Scotland. So does the chimney in the house. I hope someone smarter than me sees this and knows whether it’s them or Indians that have built this. my dad was an old time Mason. And he could build fences without any cement in them..
I understand. We are in a drought in Springfield MO also with no rain in the forecast. I am getting concerned about the bushes and the trees. We aren't going to have a very pretty fall because the leaves are just turning brown and falling off.

They are!! 😮😮😮 Lots of military jet training in them so they know what it is like & because the Russians & Chinese keep encroaching IN our US air & ocean space! 🤬🤬🤬 Just trying to start something! They’ve had to put military out on the outer Aleutian islands & ships on outer our borders. So sad. Several have been chased out of our borders, with warships & F-35s right on them. Really scary.
