Before I got sick I did, 40 kg dumbell classic fly in each hand(6rep), 55 kg dumbell flat chestpress(6rep), 100 kg chest barbell press, 200 kg rackpull with good form etc(6 rep), Squat about 100 kg with good form. now I am weak as fk...I will have to start over again. I will do simple excercises and no rackpulls or squats for example, mostly machine, dumbbells and cable machines. I know the simple stuf works as good as other excersises and I will try get strong and an ok body in 1 year before I try squats and rackpulls etc.
Nice videos bro keep them up! I got a question: I have not gym in like 3 years and I will be of for 1.5 more years as max. I weight around 97 KG and I want to ask what will it take to make some muscles again? It´s a long story because why I quited the gym I had a psychosis and things was terrible... Now I do feel better and I am going to start work again to earn money. I will do 3500 calories with 1.8gram of protein per kg. Around 450 carbs, 180 protein and maybe 60-70 gram of fat each day with like 15 fibers, 4 Liter of water/sugar free soda 2 bag of green te and around 50 gram of sugar everyday. creatin 10 gram each day. working out monday-friday. just chest. back. legs. shoulders. arms and abs 2 time in the week + calfs 2 time week. 2 restday or 1 restday and repeat. will it take me 1 year to make some gains? I am really weak atm and i will only do 3 sets of 5 excercises and only 6 reps for the 3-4 first months then i will increase to 10 reps after 3-4 months. and when I get stronger I will do some dropsets and 4 sets instead. and rest period will be max 60 sec - 90 sec? Keep it up bro ur body has changed a lot and I see u on the big stages it makes me happy!
I really appreciate you taking the shirt off to motivate us. Mike Rashid cussed me out a lil while back because i asked "How come you dont take your shirt off so we are motivated?"....yea that went all bad
