I’ve been doing your 30 mins for a long time they are life savers Coach! Also is it ok to do another 30 min is the same day or is it better to do another 30min on another day. (Not a pro lifter or anything but want to utilize going to the gym at least 4-5 times a week)

It's funny all the new studies and videos coming out about lengthened partials focusing on deep stretching and eccentrics vs focusing on the concentric for hypertrophy but having you as my coach all this time I already knew all that and trained that way anyway. Turns out all the studies are confirming what we already knew 💪
