Hi the Mat Vac and Everyone else. My numatic Henry vac has suddenly stopped working, it's got a RED SWITCH that says HI on it, when I press that SWITCH with HI Written on it won't stick on HI it springs off if that makes sense, it has got a red light next to it that will not come on either, does that indicate the switch is gone or is that suppose to happen when the machine is not working. Great review. I purchased the Omni Glide and love it. My combination tool doesn't fit, I'm waiting for Dyson to send me a new one. That seems a little odd, all of the other tools fit just fine. This is my 3rd Dyson, I'm a true fan.

Only just found out what happened today and I'm so shocked. He was really brave to go on TV with his niche interest and was such a good role model. Me being interested in trains, sound systems and fire alarm systems and also knowing others with interests in domestic appliances, it really hit me. RIP Matt, you will be missed 😥😥
I am shocked and saddened to hear of Matthew's untimely death. Rest In Peace. A truly wonderful young man who did so much for his local community should not leave us so early

I loved mine so much, I bought another one (1 for each floor); however, they BOTH stopped working at the same time, even though they are a year apart in purchase...the 3rd battery light keeps blinking- it will run for a few seconds then stop- everything cleaned...not sure what's going on, please help!

I work for a large cleaning company and a few years ago they stopped giving us numatic bags to "save money". My area manager told me the motors regularly got burnt out through ingress of dirt. I've had a couple where the wheels fell off die to being banged down but they're easy to repair.
I’m not surprised Dyson performed better, I wasn’t ever a Dyson fan, but having tried and own Dysons they’re fantastic, well made, perform well and last a long time (8 years) cordless and sold it on, also dust separation on Dyson much better and filtration better.
Is it normal for dirt to accumulate in a small part of the width and a small part of the length (I hope that is how I am understood) of the tank? This forces me to have to empty the tank every two by three.
Hi my Hetty was working perfect and last week after using I just switched off like always without any issue. Next time when I switching on , not starting at all. First thing I changed fuses in cable, but nothing. Both lights on switch are lighting, so cable is fine. Do you think is PCB need to be replaced, or something else? Thanks
Great video and as a new convert to a Sebo X7 from every other brand out there for the last 50 years of vacuuming, l can honestly say hand on heart this machine is worth EVERY PENNY! The front light is a must under furniture, the extension hose for the stairs is so easy and the spinning brush accessory for use on curtains is just brilliant 👍 Oh and l forgot to say how amazing the supa-suction button facility is
