From our research, the government attempts to regulate the use of pesticides, but private companies have the money and the lawyers to find loopholes in the laws concerning what they can and cannot use.
My mom loaded all on the fruits and vegetables you have listed and she still got breast cancer which has now metastasized to lung cancer fourth stage… so please… enough with this!! Stop fooling everyone!
Thank you for pointing this out. Did your mother also eat other cancer prevention foods and were they organic? If not, did she eat cancer promoting foods such as vegetable and seed oils, sugar, and corn fed (NOT) beef. Does she eat organic and non-GMO foods? Does she take pro and pre-biotic supplements? Does she eat processed foods? Sorry for your mother’s medical diagnosis.
Oh and grapefruit, it interacts with so many medications and herbal formulas! No it does not starve cancer! It prevents medications from killing cancer… more research is needed for you to understand how tricky grapefruit is!
I really enjoy your video and purchased your book too. There seems to an issue on nuts. I ate so much and difference kinds of nuts prior to my colon surgery. Beside nuts, I ate high fiber diet, fresh fruits and drank shake for lunch for the past two years. Doctors and nutritionists instructed to stay with low fiber diet and stay away from fresh fruits and especially nuts. With the stage III colon cancer and soon to start my chemotherapy, under these conditions, would you still recommend nuts and fresh fruits? Others doctors and nutritionists' explanations on stay away from high fiber foods seem logical. Yet your presentation seems to make senses but what would you advise on nuts and fresh fruits? TIA.
Chocolate that is in a solid form is NOT healthy for anyone. What makes them hold their shape is paraffin, not mentioned in the ingredients. Paraffin is made of fat off an animal and cooked for 5 days so that it losses all the ash. Like lard and even worse. Check with a chocolate producer. Cocoa powder is the one that has the benefits in it.
Yeah, yeah, and theres thiusands of cancer causing chemicals in the air. Scared to breath? Every human is covered with billions of microscopic animals. All over our bodies. The human mouth has more germs than the anus. Scared to be physically intimate? Every nursing mom has jet fuel in her mili. Scared to suckle?
I have been a peanut addict for years, mostly roasted, no salt, ,in the shell. I never had kidney stones. Ill be damned if i let some You Tube cartoonist and his AI boyfriend scare me with their pseudoscience and fake news. Sheeple! WTFU!
Gregor doesn't do DAIRY, so using him here is disingenuous. Also, besides not doing dairy, I suggest using steel cuts oats for your oatmeal (get organic if you can) and consider using the whole foods if you can rather then making smoothies (some like Chris Wark would disagree); better use of the mix from fiber so your blood sugar is less likely to spike. I'd also invite people to check out Peter Rogers, MD and Chef AJ, both no oil. Rogers is not big on flax, chia and nuts at all. His stuff on biochemistry and physiology are excellent, even if you can't subscribe to the Low Fat, No Oil, No Sodium (added that is) crowd. Chef AJ has great guests, including people like Rogers, Kathy Hester, McDougall, Esselstyn, etc. I think dhe tries to get IN a salad at breakfast.
