Very genuin and effective workouts for getting a flat belly. Only hurdle is setiing a very very regular routine for this with very serious attitude to fulfill the goal. Go ahead and I know you can do it. God bless you all.

i did all except the chair one i have found 3 good easy videos now i will do all of these 3 video excerses for 7 days i have completed th4 first part few im tired now. Hi dear... I am starting this today. I am sticking to this for 51days. My birthday is 51days away. I want to lose total 15k.g to be a healthy person. I started several times and never be consistent. But now my decision is firm. I won't back off.
