Thank you madam for the simple easy excersie ,I will try this easy one by standing straight n I have back pain my Spinal cord has a hairline fracture so if I sit n spread my legs apart n bend front side on my belly my back pains thank you for this excersie

Very genuin and effective workouts for getting a flat belly. Only hurdle is setiing a very very regular routine for this with very serious attitude to fulfill the goal. Go ahead and I know you can do it. God bless you all.

i did all except the chair one i have found 3 good easy videos now i will do all of these 3 video excerses for 7 days i have completed th4 first part few im tired now. Taking 7 days challenge, let's see how it's work. Belly measurement ( 33 inch) 20 june 2024, Day 1✅ ( It was tough for me, even my speed was slow than the video however I did it and I am satisfied, I am sweating in just 10 minutes so definitely this will gonna work amazing) 21 june 2024, Day 2 22 june 2024, Day 3 23 june 2024, Day 4 24 june 2024, Day 5 25 june 2024, Day 6 26 june 2024, Day 7 I will update daily And after completing 7 days gonna tell how much I loose.

Hi dear... I am starting this today. I am sticking to this for 51days. My birthday is 51days away. I want to lose total 15k.g to be a healthy person. I started several times and never be consistent. But now my decision is firm. I won't back off. From today onwards for 51days I will be stick to this. weight 83.3 k.g first goal 77 k.g final goal 68k.g Day1 /day 55 20.06.24 Finished ✅️ Day2 /day 51 21.06.24 Finished ✅️
