This is actually working . Although I couldn't see much difference in numbers I could spot that the flabby love handles all along the body are drastically reduced. It's just been 10 days or so. But then the results are humongous. Love these! Increases my heartbeat, lifts my mood and reduces my mood swings too, which is the major benefit I love from these simple yet effective exercises. I weighed 73.5 before 10 days, now I'm 72.55 as of today. I don't care abt the numbers but the visible results. Thanks Natasha!

I just did this workout and I am Exhausted and sweaty. I weight almost 90 KG. And I am morbidly obese. I will do this workout and hopefully I'll lose belly fat and become healthy and slim. I just wish workout videos like this one has more resting periods for us obese people that hasn't worked out in AGES. Sure I did walk today but this is a totally different workout

I (26yo F) weigh 87 kg being 5'6" and I'm currently maintaining a strict low calorie high protein diet. Did this exercise for the 1st time today & it really gave my whole body a workout! Ty for sharing this I'll be doing it everyday now & hopefully see some good results ♥️

Today after 6 months I am writing a comment. I followed two of ur exercise daily for 6 months and followed good diet now I lost 6 kg. I am doing breast reduction exercise also . I am feeling much confident and little liye. I am going to continue my journey and soon post my success story. It's all about loving ur body. Consistency is the key. Thank mam for the easy exercises.
