Thank thank thank you! I started today. I have never intensionally Exercised in my life, I've always had jobs that kept me moving and fit. Then at 40 I started having severe back pain,resulting in surgery 6yesrs later. Having much nerve damage, it's been rough and I've honestly been lazy. Now I had my hip replaced last year and at 54 I feel like I'm 100. I know I need to move to survive and I found you ,Soooo here I go.😮😅
