The small box is an amazing and very ideal tackle locker. I am an angler that always thinks about staying light and mobile,and for me has everything I need to do a 48hr with ease.and can fit in my bucket when I'm going stalking

I had the old RS1s for years and loved them, I still have both the R4 and the Txi’Ds I always seem to take the delks personally I just prefer them. The drop back feature I do miss time to time but that’s about it. They are great alarms though. The illuminated bobbins for the Nash are terrible though
Hi pal, yea but it’s not the same as the Delkim. It basically works when you turn the alarms off but the Delkim one works like that and also if you move the pod/pick the alarms up while on it goes off
Good honest review mate. The nash R4 alarms have and anti theft alarm on them, bit like the delks but not the tilt motion sensor but power off alarm?. Cheers.
Yes mate so you turn them off and they alarm the same but the delks have a more advanced one if you turn them off or move the alarms it’s goes. People where cutting lines and taking pods so it stops that

Hi I still use both one set as my set at the caravan and my delks for my normal fishing if I had to sell one it would be the Nash to sell, nothing much in it between the two I just always seem to go back to the delks

Hi mate ,was mainly the fact of being able to change the r4s colours to suit ,pity delkim didn't do the same mate. But I do like that idea with the delkim if you move them Great reviews m8.
Solar Tackle is good stuff too from what I’ve seen but never used it so can’t comment, only thing I can say is when I’ve contacted solar about there new barrow they never replied on any forum whatsoever where as Jag always got back to me. What didn’t you like about Parker Baits when you used it pal?
Hi buddy if was advertised to buy the Diawa spod reel my my local shop it worked fine for 9 months then it sized up solid. I returned it to the shop and they returned it to Diawa I was fishing every week so purchased another Diawa spod reel they told me they would credit me with the new price if Diawa just replaced the seized reel they returned it serviced. It lasted 18 months and failed again. I bought a Shimano spod reel it was way smother and retrieved more line per turn. I was so surprised how smooth the retrieve was. I do use Diawa main reels Baisers so not a Shimano fan. But the new latest Shimano Spod reel was a revelation . Diawa should get a new design team working on a much better spod reel they get much more hammer than a normal fishing reel and need beefing up and making smoother in operation.
Hi Alan sorry about the late reply I’ve been very unwell the last few weeks. Couple of things to take in to consideration. When you leave it against your bivvy when it’s raining do you keep the spool in the lowest position this protects the inner workings. Do you dunk your reels to wet the line. Both my Daiwa and shimano reels have been battered and they are both working as new after a couple of years and no servicing. Thank you for watching much appreciated. Believe or not slingshots are banned in my city LOL Those things look like Jarts which were banned because people were getting clocked upside their heads when they'd throw them.
Very disappointed in the build quality of the 5500XTD. After a season fishing for barbel at the IJssel river, both reels have quite some play on the handles and gears. As a result both reels are wobbling. The drag system is horrible. Line lay is good. No problems with the line clip. I am in doubt to send these for repair or just bin these reels and buy a couple of new reels.☹
So many people have replied the same. The line lay is better than the scw of the Daiwa to be fair I totally agree on that. Thank you for watching. What reels will you go for next

I've given it a go all I've had so far is a tench I don't fish fisheries much but now spring is with us I'll be giving it a go in the canal I fish come on the og fish
@@rogerbrand2966what about where it’s made makes a difference, have you ever been to where most other baits are made as a small business or even a big business I think you don’t realise that 90 percent of companies with fancy websites that don’t show you what it’s like behind the scenes I think you would be quite shocked.
Great honest review. Agree with the white light comment. Why don't they have switchable colour options including red and green? Not great but otherwise good product.
Nice review. I have most the thinking anglers camfleck luggage and it's impressive. I fish all through the winter and like you mentioned about luggage sucking up the moisture/water I found this winter this luggage didn't do this. At one point I had a stream coming through the bivvy and they was sat in it all night. And nothing inside the bags which was good.

I would change from Shimano to the emblem's just because of looks, as for the line going behind the spool I've never had this happen to me?? I have the Berkeley line and its a lot less wiry than other lines maybe that's the difference??

Thanks for the video, recently bought the lighter 23 emblem 35 and they are top quality. one of the differences from the 45 is the smaller line capacity despite being listed both at 0.35mm/300m for the shallow spool. Filled mine with 0.35 korda touchdown and got about 270m on in without over-spooling. On the price, would really love to know where you get your reel because list prices are double than what you mentioned in the clip. The ultegra is 200 euro minimum, maybe 180 in surrounding EU countries. Shimano in Romania has had a recent bad rep with stocks, takes ages to receive at the tackle stores. Cheers from Bucharest!
Does anyone remember the tank tests when they would put 2 different bait companies against each other. One i remember was trent baits shrimp i think and the carp went nuts for it and ignored the other

Coming from a being a big shimano fan,im absolutely shocked at how bad the ultegra xtd is. 4 months of use and it started locking up at times,5 months in and it properly siezed up! And i NEVER dunk my reels! Sent it back to shimano as was under warranty,shimano said the gears are completely siezed due to severe water ingress and the warranty is void because i must of been dunking them🙄 They said it would be around £80 to repair. Absolute shocking response and Absolute shocking reel. Told them to send it back to me and I'll buy a diawa emblem! The shimano xtd is the worst reel ive ever had👎🏻
