That brawl had alot to do the Yankees hitting the Orioles so frequently this year. They keep pitching them up and in but can't control it in there. Hope Heston's OK.
I'm on the Kool aid lol hogs go 8-4 starting the new era of Arkansas football. Archer commits and brings the 5 star receivers and lineman. top 10 team in 3 years playoffs in 2 years
I'm sure the rest of the SEC fans were not overly excited about the addition of Arkansas and South Carolina either. Texas and Oklahoma are the two best teams they've added since they started expanding.
Why are we talking about how he will be remembered? He is the coach and him leaving or getting fired is purely speculation at this point. Theres plenty to talk about concerning the team, whats going on day to day and such.
Put the crack pipe down and get help. I love coach, but the Hogs winning 9 games this season would be the biggest miracle in college athletics in recent memory
Hate to say it but Pittman let the team down an offensive line down because he wouldn't step in an help the line because he didn't want to hurt the coach feeling so what he should step in an correct the lineman
I will remember him for getting blown-out at home (after promising it would never happen under him), fleecing the UofA to double his salary and then pooping the bed, admitting that he didn’t know what to do in key games, not producing a decent o-line, not getting guys to the league, making in-state kids allergic to the program, losing to LIBERTY, almost losing to Mo. St., getting out recruited…yeah. All those previous “great moments” have now been overshadowed by his greed and inability to be even a decent HC.
Was excited to watch thinking by the title SP was fired. Great disappointment that he is still here. He can’t coach, can’t recruit, can’t produce NFL talent, and can’t win games! Barry and Kendall carried him! Last year showed that. If he were the honorable man we always hear he is, he’d have resigned after going 4-8 with blow out losses, and having bad HS and portal classes this year. MOVE ON FROM HIM!
SP can’t help pic’s and fumbles on the field. He made a mistake letting Briles walk and hiring that dip shit of an offensive coordinator last year. So many close close losses.. It sucks but it is what it is. Outside of our 4-8 season he’s done well. We’ve had worse teams. Our next guy might not be so good either.
Arkansas fans lost their hope, they don’t believe we have chance in hell of winning more than 8-9 games their best years. And the fact we can’t get the jimmys and joes
He came in at a huge discount to a program in need of a major rebuild. His "doubled salary" barely brings him in league with other SEC schools. Dan Enos was a terrible decision but I don't think we should bounce Sam and start from scratch without giving him a chance to get it right. '22 we were 14 points away from turning a 6 win regular season into a 10 win one. Last year was a similar story even with Enos' inept offense on the field. Sam's consistently had them on the precipice and the margin is so slim in this league that it wouldn't take much to push them over. Bobby P calling plays has to be worth at least a couple more TDs a season.
Sure, BP is a positive, but the recruiting is bad. That's on Pittman and his poor record. You speak of moral victories. If you are going to count moral victories as wins, then you must count some squeaked out wins as losses. We struggled to beat a bad Kansas team in the 2022 bowl game. It took two overtimes to beat them. Prior to that game, we had 6 wins. This was without Dan Enos as OC. A good coach could have figured it out. Pittman was bragging about how we are much bigger, faster, and stronger, last year before the 2023 season started. We won 4 games which is Pittiful. He needs to go ASAP. Get a coach that has knowledge, that recruits can get excited about. @@andrewmcminn6192
How do we keep asking about the lack of excitement? I mean. Come on. We are all but assuming Pittman is gone next year - either because he retires or he’s fired. If he retires, let’s be honest, he’s only doing so because he knows he isn’t the guy long term and is leaving on a somewhat good note.
'22 Season we lost to A&M and Mizzou by 2 points, Liberty and LSU by 3. 14 points is the difference between 6 wins and 10 in the regular season. The margin in this league is razor thin, Pittman has shown he can get them to the edge, I think Bobby P has to be good for 2 more TDs a season.
I agree that when aTm and misory came into the league, I was not very enthused about it. Arkansas traditionally beat aTm at a rate of 63/100 games and I had no reason to be exited. Misory was a third tier team from the Big 2 little 10 conference and did not bring any overall athletic program strengths to the table. OU and the Shorthorns are different. They have all the history and add strengths in multiple programs that will enhance the competitiveness of the SEC and rise the level of Saturday football to another level which is really saying something.
@@hawg6489 well I would have thought the same as you but then I saw they got the second baseman from Vandy so Diggs started making sense. I wish we could get Mcgloughlin for another year
I'm cautiously optimistic for the '24 season. I think last year was an Enos induced aberration and we still lost a bunch of games against really good opponents by one score. I hope we get a few of those games to go our way this year and Sam keeps his job, I don't think he's reached his peak at UA. With Bobby P calling plays this year, I think more of them will.
This is the first show I’ve watched in a couple of weeks. I’m tired of your attitude and how you think anyone cares about how you feel about anything anymore. I’m done watching your show
I'm excited to see our new offense. I think Petrino will make better play calls and use our players strengths to our advantage. Not sure about D yet. I'm ok with us getting ignored, we tend to perform better as underdogs.
I can't wait for football,,,,,, but-but-but it depends on offensive line blocking, and if defense can tackle. This has been the problem the last 2 years. I'm glad Patrino is back,BUT there again if Oline can't block and the defense can't stop NO ONE it doesn't matter who is QB or RB are. I really HOPE that we can start to get back to being HOGS again!!!!!!! WPS GO HOGS!!!!!!!!!
I think a lot of the ones who are excited, like myself, are just sitting in the corner with our tails tucked after this past year of hog sports. Im just trying to lay low and keep my expectations at 6 wins.
