Bought one today today, needed to mow today as well. It's a 3-4 hour job, bagging would of sucked. Used a bungee cord to hold the discharge open, put on some safety glasses, and mowed one handed standing of to the side. Glad I grabbed the glasses, took a piece of a twig to the side of the nose. Good call toro, lol. I'll register it when I get back home, what ever the frig that means.
This is the video I cam to youtube to see!...only help you need is to know that the grooves are called splines..will make you sound even more like the yard pro than you are..
Do you have any ideas as to what could cause it to not let string out properly? Using the right size line, I've tried re-stringing and still haven't been able to get this mechanism to work for me
Instruction manual is garbage. For clarity, to raise the mowing height, am I moving the lever on the front wheel back, and lever on the back wheel forward? I don't see anywhere in the instruction manual where it even has a picture of how to adjust mowing height!!
It is a good video on putting the string together, but the part on how you lock it in place. At the end is not clear at all. I can't get mine to quit letting string out while it runs
I got my mower last year, and we were under drought conditions, and mulching was no problem. This year, we’ve gotten plenty rain, and mulching is almost impossible with the really thick grass. I got my machine registered last night, and have one of the chutes coming.
It would be nice to know where that cable goes how to assemble it would be nice that's what I'm looking for I don't like to use instructions I'm not very good instructions and looking it on RU-vid is better than trying to figure out myself I'm just a half to see how it is put together but you skipped all that part so I'm going to give you a thumbs down
I appreciate you. 1st day with my trimmer and I'm just learning all of this. What seems implied for one is unknown to a lawn noob like me. It wasn't even in the instructions, thanks for filling the gaps!
