The doctors and masters accent gets translated as various accents depending on incarnation. So it might just be a different gallifreyan or Trakenite or xeraphin accent from a place like China.

There are doppelgängers bc Rassilon spread every time lords face on every planet, bc sci fi often has a doppelgänger episode, and bc they only mostly hired white British roles unless it was part of the plot like in four to doomsday. (And even then, the Greeks were played by Brit’s, the Mayans by middle easterners, and the aboriginals by black people) Or if it was a celeb like leee John 😮😂 In fact. And I think civuls dads name is literally dad and also died on the way to earth 😅 - Anyways based on hard science (which s18 was supposed to be) it would be that the characters have more alien appearances and use a “shimmer”. Aka an olographys projection, maybe 🤔 due to the TARDIS or even something Adric cobbles up at the end of 4tD. 😊 I’ve seen a “Dragon Who” where Nyssa and the Doctor were actually dragons, but this was like, a while ago and I don’t think people really do that anymore. Doctor Who has an insane amount of reused casting. I think its just a factor of the nature of the show (new supporting characters every serial, none of whom are expected to return) and the limited pool of UK actors available to draw from. A few that stood out to me were - (as noted in the season 6 video) Tobias Vaughn sharing a face with Mavic Chen (and then later a Vogan from Revenge of the Cybermen). - There's a guy that looks just like Jay from the Inbetweeners and he's in both the Space Pirates and Monster of Peladon (more prominent in the latter) - Benik from the Enemy of the World keeps coming back as various supporting villains.

Heck, they could be MADE INTO COMPANIONS OR REGULARS, such as jago and litefoot, or the werewolf girl from greatest show in the galaxy. 🌌 Nyssa was made as companion, it’s possible that Katura or Luvic would have been made into companions instead, they’d have fit into season 19! (You decide if the ! Is a factorial) Heck, technically they could be made into companions now and I wouldn’t budge. Katura would be a recast, younger self. Luvic would still be Robin Soans or maybe maybe have Regenerated into Brian de Palma or Nicoletta Militello or Jack Dylan Grazer or someone new. I’d love a daughter to Ann and Charles as a companion. And it’s named after his cause of death, which usually does not happen, usually a “bullet guy” is someone who makes bullets or who is good with a gun, not someone who dies of a bullet. Unless a Chronolock guy/gal is an actual name for someone who died of chronolock and it also includes immortal Clara. Anyways when looking at his corpse they ask if Cybermen show mercy, and the Doctor is also saying remember 82 when he ties the shoes of a kid that resembles Peter Davison. So I think that’d be Richard Sheridan Willis if Logopolis had gone differently! Also Kymus returns as a politician/president during army of ghosts, and Cully is stuck in a car during eleventh hour.
Adric is'nt a Marshman himself he's an Alzarian which is another species in the same genus as Marshmen Some evolved into Alzarians some stayed Marshmen
I've seen someone saying that Adric trusted the Urbankan Monarch bc he's also from a benevolent dictatorship ruled by 3 people on a spaceship full of people who aren't quite what they seem! Which is the closest Adric had seen up to then. In State of Decay, the people lived in mudhuts (but even then, Adric still joined the villains, Aukon even pedo'd on him XD) In Warrior's Gate, we did'nt really get a look at the government, it's just a white expanse and then there's the grayscale Tharil home but Adric never went there. In Keeper of Traken, there were 6 people, one of them being higher ranked than the other five, and they were living in a freaking castle. An actual, 3000 year old castle that was'nt a spaceship. Three of them were siding with the villain, Adric could've joined. Logopolis was another bunch of mudhut villages of people chanting maths. And Castrovalva... Adric literally created Castrovalva by siding with the villain.
That's possible. Only problems would be George believes K9 is a servant of Hecate sent to punish him and Peter isn't aware of K9 at all, he gets stunned in the back and doesn't see him.

That does make some sense actually. I didn't go over it in the video but Sarah Jane's investigating turns up that Lavinia had made herself unpopular in the village by writing letters to the newspaper on the subject of witchcraft. I ignored it though since she turns up fine at the end and her "disappearance" turns out to be because of miscommunication. I thought the letters were a red herring but they could explain George and Peter, possibly.

Honestly I would have loved a full series of this. I think it just fell apart a bit because it wasn't really sure who it's audience was. The Hecate chanting and the opening credits were just too funny though.
