It's kind of crazy to think this will be in service over the next few decades. Only a few people will ever see it in person, but a few thousand will see dudes work because of RU-vid.
41:56 maybe you didnt want to reach for it, but i always would go for a piece of electric tape to clean up fibers that refused to fall in the bin. Im not sure if i like those tyco cases. I did way more plp domes, but i could see how the storage and all the heat shrinks at top makes for a really clean tray.
We are getting fiber in our neighborhood. I keep poking around, and today discovered a case with a 432 going in, and a 432 and a 24 coming out. I figured something like this had happened with the case, so I was curious, and searched RU-vid, and found this video. Holy cow. This is exactly what I wanted to see. I can't believe how much work it is to splice that many fibers. Your work looks so clean. Thanks for all you do bringing fiber to the masses!
Hello, thank you very much for sharing your videos, I have noticed that you always use the hot jacket remover plugged into the battery of the Sumitomo... Is it out of habit or is it that it has little load capacity? thank you so much.....
Yes, I am a copper tech trying to get into the fiber side and would also like to see more of the fosc removal and restoral process on the strand. Thanks!
I have skil fiber optic work plize resporsanc work visa i ned helpar jobe fiber splicing and fiber cabel homes dropping labar work im frome Pakistan ashia
Honestly it’s just the customers quality control they only want loose tube cable ran straight to tray and any ribbon cable runs through the basket it’s just there procedures all telcos build differently🤷🏻♂️thanks for watching and subscribing I appreciate it 🙌
Amazing stuff, don't cleave if the fibers are crossed, don't forget heat shrink, that would be a bummer, duck-tape won't work...? that splicing takes a lot of patience...
🤑 I don’t like paying myself to much since I’m the owner of the company I like the right offs 😉 but biggest year yet with two guys was just shy of a mil. Thanks for watching and subscribing I really appreciate it
Closest to you as long as your left hand is facing the back of the fosc 🙌 check a few of my videos out I explain it in some of them like the full fosc builds
Just cleaning up a network have some new videos releasing this week a commercial build new development area with about 8 foscs to build so lots of videos over the next two weeks 🙌
