I am an automotive enthusiast! I grew up around cars. My first car was a 1967 mustang that I restored. I have always loved cars. I want to help keep the automotive world alive and help people love cars the way I always have.
My TRD Sport bounces really bad on uneven cement poured freeways. Makes my stomach super woozy. How would I go about swapping in a SR5 shock into my sport? Or what shock would you recommend?
I would probably not go to an sr5 shock. To buy those new it’ll probably cost you a fortune. You would be way better off to get a nice suspension from king, Fox, or icon
I have a 2021 Limited HO Mega Cab, and i love it. I only have really one hard shift when the transmission is cold. Other than that, it drives fine. I love it when Tow haul mode is engaged, and it just pulls. It could be my driving style, but i dont get on my truck like a lot of other guys do. I think the transmission learned my driving style early on.
22 TRD Off Road 4x4 V6 with manual trans. Live in Tampa but camp in the Smoky & Blue Ridge Mountain areas frequently. Pull a small utility style camper, 2500 lbs loaded, which has a front pull-out kitchen that has tongue weight. Installed quality air bags at the get go to eliminate any rear squat. Trailer is base camp as we explore & hike nearby areas. No problems with any inclines traveling this way. Keeping it Simple.
lol I got a good deal on the ford because my wife worked for ford at the time. Some what of a divided household😂 Promptly got rid of it. I have a taco now😂
Just took my 2014 Tacoma to Tahoe and had my overland trailer, with a XL overland tent and my long bed full of wife’s “camping needs” and it tows like a dream. Gas milage was around 15mpg
F this truck. They are out of their minds at his point especially for us that tow and only offering a turbo. Enjoy watching these sit on the dealer lots for a long time!!! And the screen looks like the design engineers were just like' ok just throw the screen on the dash and don't integrate it" !!!
Yeah the black with red guts (black widow) is sick too! I already have talked myself into getting one I just can’t find one😂 they’re sold out for ever😂
Toyota shot themselves in the foot. Too greedy and betting on the hype train to make profit rather than making quality trucks. Should’ve kept the V6 too. Oh well Nissan Frontier here I come
I own a 2023 4runner and love it ,but the ford ranger rapture is 8K cheaper and as good if not better in all of the testing ive seen thu far-and a ZR2 is 48k and pretty close two
The Ford is missing a bunch of features this truck has plus the Ford is butt ugly inside and out. The Chevy is the best value, looks and functionality plus lower price.
The only thing Toyota has going for it is resale value and reliability. I don't think that's truly a thing for them anymore. The ZR2 and ranger raptor aren't cheap trucks. But to have something that does the exact same thing arguably worse for SO much more money and the only thing to justify it is oh it's reliable though. Toyota has been hurting bad with that haha
@@Deadset.zr2 yes it seems like the new models from Toyota are using cheaper materials and components and being 100 percent moved to Mexico in 2024 doesn’t help either
No... It's because it is simply expensive for what it offers.. badass? Yes People who "have" money aren't buying these type of vehicles at that price... People in debt, living almost paycheck to paycheck buy these type of vehicles thinking they can do it
I have the same vehicle, same color same rock chips. Having a Toyota employee look at the damage in a couple of weeks hopefully something good comes of it.
