That would be cool. But a used 3rd gen isn’t even that. 😂😂 A low mile 2 or 3 year old one that is. Obviously if you find an old enough one with enough miles, they could be.
The switch to a 4 cylinder freed up a ton of space in the engine compartment that they could have translated into a bigger cab but no.. Same small cab as the 3rd gen.
It’s nice luxury interior and dressed up well, like the auto step rails. But No, there’s no truck or car worth spending $55k / $60k out the door for unless you got money to burn. Don’t forget to check out and sit in the tiny back seat area because it’s a waste of space and worthless even if it’s a crew cab. Gas mileage at 20mpg is a disappointment too.
Yeah that limited trim is nice! I am literally sitting in the back seat of mine as I write this😂 it’s not the biggest lol. And I’ve been getting 19 mpg average. I did just take it on my first long trip and got 23mpg! It does seem to be getting better as it breaks in.
Almost $55K for 4 cylinder Tacoma made in Mexico , yeah I don’t think so , every source out there confirms that it’s complete POS quality wise , and eliminating V6 , it’ll bite Toyota in the ass , as it should … greedy always loses twice , and that comes from ex-die hard Toyota fan !
Oh no buddy oh no. 55K dollars for a 4 cylinder truck you out your mind...... only a fool would pay over 40K dollars for that truck. Toyota has lost its mind. Forget about it. I'll keep my 2021 4runner thank you.
@manfredgooden5110 that’s just fine😂 they really are impressive trucks! I’ve owned a 3rd gen and now have a 4th gen and the 4th gen does everything the 3rd gen did as well or better
Yeah that’s kind of weird how they did that huh? They made a new trim for the access cab offroad (prerunner) that is 2wd but now there’s no access cab offroad 4x4
Yeah I think the limited had the second largest price increase from base price to base price. First is the pro. It is awesome tho! I would actually consider it now where you couldn’t have given me one before.
No Word on that. It’s not impossible tho since the 25 4runner is getting a platinum trim. I would LOVE a 1794 trim on the taco. Or the 1794 limited edition like the tundra has with the pro suspension!
Yeah the power steps on a little truck kinda adds to the “old man” element of this truck huh?😂 I like them because I plan on lifting mine and putting big tires on it so it’s nice that it comes with them.
@@stryker120ski4 that’s why I called them the shin buster 9000s😂 I literally wrecked my shin on them right before filming this video. But like I said. They work good for older people even on a stock truck.
