Hey everybody, I’m at it again bringing you another adjustable weight bench review! In this video I'm breaking down the pro’s and con’s of Flybird’s pro model adjustable weight bench. Looks like one of the better flybird benches. I am not a fan of tapper back pads or large gaps in the seats. For the that price in the $250 range, I think there are better options out there.

Love the content, appreciate that you're covering stuff a lot of other channels seem to be skipping but has great value for many people! How do you think this Flybird option compares to the Keppi Bench 1000 Pro I also see making an appearance in the video? The Keppi seems to be a bit cheaper, has decline + leg holders, more angles, the angles are labelled on the post, and both have a similar weight capacity so it feels overall like the Keppi may be a better option on paper but I'm curious how they feel in real world use. Do you find the pop-pin design of the Keppi to be frustrating to use compared to the ladder style? Also, any idea when you'll be dropping the review of that Mikolo 3" x 3" Power Cage I'm seeing?!? Really curious about that one and all the attachments so I'm looking forward to it!

Thanks Killer! I appreciate the love on the channel. I'm trying my best to make this thing work. I'm getting close on the Mikolo P5R Power Rack video. It will be out within the next 4 or 5 days maybe sooner. As far as the benches go that Keppi bench makes more sinse because of everything you mentioned. That leg hold down is important and I think most people are going to want that included. Make sure you check out that Fitness Reality XL 2000 too!

I highly recommend this bench. They are out of it right now but I'd definitely try this one...
