You could probably have used the broth to "deglaze" the browned bits on the bottom of the inner pot more easily. Broth or wine are often used to deglaze the browned bits from a pan in stovetop cooking. Your method looks great otherwise. Just printed out the recipe from your website.
Yes! I don’t like alcohol so I made mine with tonic water ☺️ do everything the same but instead of adding cachaça, add as much tonic water as you’d like!
