Is it depressing that I learned what it means to dice something by these videos......? eh whatever meant my onion was well diced for my dinner tonight.
For the person that said the chicken meat looks weird: looking at the marbling of the fat throughout the meat and its darker colour, it looks a lot more like thigh meat rather than breast, which coincidentally is used more in asian cooking as it has more flavour and tenderness due to the fat layers. And wild/organic fowl can be darker too. Its very dependent. If you've only ever used breast when cooking for yourself i highly suggest branching out into the darker meats like thighs and legs. They're not hard to cook, nor are they tough or chewy.
