Can't find anyone in Canada that sells them? Hey Warrick , Great video I want one more now then before I watched this video.Hope someone in Canada sells this bad boy. Thanks
I have to just say thanks so much for explaining that using the second joint in your finger to pull for paint isn't the best way to paint. Man it took maybe a day or two for it to come together but now, incredible, the jump in precision I've had has been pretty sick.
Oh man I'm so glad that helped! I don't know if I explained it well... Actually I think this might be worth a bit of a video in itself... Thanks again! W
Great video guys, but it would be really handy to include a trouble shooting section for us newbies. I've just received my Ultra 2024 and unfortunately it seems like the needle seal wasn't tight enough as received and so I've got paint into the rear of the paint each of the two times I've used it (I was so confused why it wasn't as easy to clean after like Warwick shows - paint kept slowing leaking into area where the pot goes and I couldn't understand why until I fully disassembled it). Unfortunately for me a standard sized Needle Seal Screwdriver isn't long enough for the Ultra 2024 so I've had to order your version so can't use it again until I've got it. Perhaps you should include the screwdriver with the airbrush since you absolutely have to have one if your seal isn't tight enough? I can't help but feel disappointed.
Will there be an adjustable air valve like on the Squidmar Infinity 2024 be available for the standard Infinity 2024 too? Can't wait to get my hands on it :)
Hey buddy - we have a Factory Tour video coming out soon - most likely the weekend... there's a little Cult of Paint reference in there, just for you... W
Hey Steve! Which one did you mean? The responses from freehand guys so far has been really great. As you know, if you can use the airbrush for that and feel connected, you can do everything else too :-) W
You mentioned that the needle sticks a bit more out with the new airhead system. I only see that now with the prone cap, the needle seems to be just a half of a millimeter shorter than the two prones.
No the needle does not stick out more. The needle cap protective prongs are shorter and a. Loser match to the point of the needle. The needle actually protrudes fractionally less with the Ti nozzles… W
Pure eye candy! Maybe someday I'll buy one but I own the previous gen Infinity CR plus. Though I must admit I don't have the skill to use that airbrush to its full potential so I can't imagine needing to upgrade. Still, the 2024 looks amazing!
Thinking about ordering one from your website. quick question, when it gives you the option; "incl. 0.25mm & 0.44mm head" does that mean it comes with two needles? or must I buy any needles separately? thanks.
When we say head, we mean Needle, Aircap and Titanium Nozzle. In other words a complete, matched set. The 2in1 also comes with the larger 4ml cup as well as the 2ml and the Minicup. It's really comprehensive. W
Please make interchangeable triggers to let the person decide what fit their needs. Make unfinished triggers heads to customize exactly to the finger touch and contact to the triggers by filing and manipulate it into shape. It, s impossible to meet every demand. Maybe a screw on type trigger head could be a solution and have multipel designs. Under intense brushing and detail My hand cramps and work is set on pause, a more relaxed grip, feeling more natural for the hand like a pencil could be for the future brush. Anyway I like hs brushes and quality. Micro cup is My favorit, easy to clean, perfekt visibility and overview of the work area.
Hey buddy... our trigger are interchangeable, between the EVOLUTION and the INFINITY... but you're right - one size fits all IS very difficult. The design on the new INFINITY trigger gets a lot closer to this ideal, I think... We will wait for more feedback from all of you, and then develop further options. I'm in agreement that more options on this are better than less. W
I'll be ordering mine from a UK stockist as soon as it comes in (just easier these days), I'm looking forward to trying H&S as a died in the wool Iwata guy.
Stunning, ethereal work 💜✌️👍😎💜 Such a tragic story, Ukraine (avoidable and heartbreaking), much more to it than meets the eye/reported (according to my Ukrainian friends). The Ukrainian people are in my thoughts every day, literally ✌️💜💜✌️
Plans plans and more secret plans here at H&S brother! We have an AWESOME plan for that... but it's quite a way off as we need to bring in a new manufacturing process to support it. But we began, and what we begin, we finish. W
i bought the infinity, but... as new dude to the painting i will get me a ultra first to learn... this video is exactly what i needed to see how to do it.
🙏 Please make it possible to offer this head/nozzle/needle set and the trigger button separately for the "Giraldez"-Infinity. I think I'm not the only one who whish this !
Hey Tom - did you not see my reply to your other comment on this topic on another video? Search for "Harder & Steenbeck 712320" and you'll find the EVOLUTION 2024 trigger, which will work very nicely with your Giraldez if you don't get on with Angel's design of trigger. W
You are not the only one who wants these upgrade parts. On the preorder there was an option to buy the needle/nozzle combo, which I did for my Kyiv Infinity. I suspect the trigger, if compatible, might not be available until all the parts start shipping separately.
That's not the case, the 2024 Infinity uses an exclusive Titanium Nozzle system 0.24 and 0.44, the Evo and Ultra 2024 are backwards compatible with their 0.28mm and 0.45mm setups though.
