Hate when I'm on a machine. And right across from me, close, there will be a girl on the inner outer leg machine (leg spreading machine) .. like i feel so awkward. I don't know where to look. I don't want her to feel awkward.

After trying it out for several days/weeks I came to realize it is actually perfect for WHY I bought it.This is not a workout, the resistance is, eh, it makes a bit of noise, not loud, and it isn’t very stable even with the mat. The mat certainly keeps the bike from sliding but nothing keeps the mat from sliding (if that makes any sense, lol). Mine is place on my hard wood floor. Maybe it would be better with a rug underneath??I sit for long hours for work and wanted something to keep my legs moving. This bike does exactly that! For the price it is amazing, it is compact, easy to use, light weight, keeps track of time, calories etc (not sure how accurate it is) but good little product. I am happy with it.

Only downsides are that the right oeddale unscrews itself while I use it and increasing the tension causes it to squeak while in use. Both are minor issues that aren't that important to me. So I give it 5 stars.

I bought this to replace a very similar item whose foam grips had worn after years of use. ru-vid.comUgkxwyoGHi-cCLV1AqJYj7QeIWKSpdRMYPF1 This one is is even slightly better than the old one I had! (Sorry I don't remember the brand or model.) This bar sits a bit higher in the doorway, giving me more ground clearance for movement, and the foam grips and foam pads that protect the doorway are thicker. It was also very quick and easy to assemble. The only minor gripe I have is that the hand grips in the middle are really tight on the bar, and therefore hard to slide along the bar if you want a wider or narrower grip. You have to be patient and gradually work them into the position you want.

I have tremors at young age my body legs and are slippery I’m about to fall to the ground but I’m falling I’m feeling my body legs and hands no strength when I’m writing right now my sleppering. Could you please give 2 meals to build muscles and gain weight chicken breast rice lunch and dinner? I can get all my clories breakfast protein shake oats and banana 1 cup of milk. I’m too skinny bones muscles you can’t emagine? Thank you
