I am almost 99 years old and have been a retired seal team 7 navy seal. For the last 22 years I have been disabled because I survived a bomb now because of this workout I can walk again lmao
I went from push mower to rider this summer and I was struggling to get weight off and keep it off. I use my elliptical but wasn’t getting enough from it. This video has kicked up my work out several notches. I’m 61 yrs young and I’m gradually adding resistance. Only been a week I’ll report back in a month with progress. Thanks for your videos doc!
Today's workout was amazing! I started at 8mph, but it was too easy, so I increased to 10mph and then to 13mph with an incline of 1 to 2. It was challenging but great. I'm 5.8 in height and I loved it. Planning to do this workout twice a week. Feeling exhausted but still have a core workout to do. Definitely not doing this on leg days!
I did it on a full-body day, which mainly focused on legs. I couldn't finish the last two bursts - it was too tough after doing sumo squats and lunges! 😅
Dr. Kevin! I am in my 50s and starting my journey of achieving my best fit ever. I have a treadmill that had been collecting dust, until your class! This morning was my very 1st HIIT class ever! I LOVED this class and I will tell you a few reasons why. First, you are extremely positive personable, and have great music! Was that Eminem? Second, the beauty of this class is that anyone and everyone can participate united and still work at their level of fitness. Finally, I realize I do better with guidance and support you’re teaching is invaluable. On my two days off I will likely do some yoga. Thank you again for an absolutely amazing class. Thank you for bringing everybody together! When you ever need any old school support, look me up!
Thankyou for these hiit treadmill workouts. I used to avoid treadmill workouts because I got bored and I could not sustain my effort to the end. I can now! It goes by so fast and it’s fun. Thanks again. Any new workouts coming up?
6 years late but i wanted to say this is one of the best treadmill hit training techniques ive seen. Been doing hit for around a year and was starting to feel unsatisfied with my previous one. Been searching around for new ones for a while and this is definitely one of the best
I don’t like it, but I luv it!!❤ been on it for a month now from 210lbs to 189lbs. I started looking at youtube for the right machine and exercise when my Dr is ready to give me a maintenance for my sugar and he gave me an option which is exercise and diet or maintenance? I chose Exercise and diet,. Im due for another blood work in 3 mos and im looking forward to impress my family Dr again.😊
For context, I got injured back in March. Came out of rehab at the end of August. Your elliptical HIIT has been keeping my cardiovascular capacity steady while I’m recovering from my hip injury. Your dedication and expertise is much appreciated🙏
