Hi everyone! My names Tiani but everyone calls me Ti. I have always had a passion for animals and wanted to create a channel where i could share this love with all of you. I will be making informative videos, Themed cage setups, Pet supply hauls and so much more.
Can i disinfect my own moss to use in my hamsters habitat? I just have spent a lot this month on enrollments but forgot to buy moss...and itd make everything in there so much cozier looking
oh dear *zensured swearing*... WHY are people doing this...?! My stress level is so high rn after watching this. I had to cuddle my hamster after this... (its 5 am so its fine.. he is awake xD.... but why am i still awake?! 😅..) its esp terrfying, because TODAY i saw my hamster Shang BALANCING on the edge of his new sandbox which iiis about 20 cm (7,8 inches) high (instead of using the exit hole or the other side thats half this height *sighs*).. ... aaaaand I got a heart attack. I immedeatly plucked him off there.. and put him down and then secured the area around the box . (the box is in his playpen atm and will be transferred into his enclosure during his next monthly big cage-clean - where i can put bedding all around it...) Seeing those poor hammies fall .... i cannot describe that feeling - its worse than beeing terrified uhhhhh MY POINT IS... in that video they definitly fell deeper than 8 inches...(which would already give me grey hair) and even, if they had put pillows underneath (which i hope they did), they could STILL have an unfortionate position they land in and hurt themselves.. A friend fell once while skiing... They were falling SLOWMOTION... We were standing in deep fluffy snow. She lost balance and slowly fell to the side. And it was fluffy soft deep snow - nothing hard. And she broke her finger... So, no matter how much they claim it to be "safe" - accidents can always happen... and you DO NOT put a pet you should LOVE in potential danger!!! (not to mention all the other dangers you pointed out and that made me scream internally).. Ahhh i am so upset! But its a good thing you pointed out how BAD it is - and i hope people DO NOT do that to their pets! If it cheers you up - your video made my hamster happy. Since i had to cuddle him, I had to pay the cuddle-taxes and he got 2 extra-pine cores as a treat. Sorry for the loong ramble. i had to let out some steam... Also sorry, if my wording is bad or incorrect~ english isnt my first language.. and in fact i should be asleep rn and not writing comments xD So thank you for the video, and have a wonderful morning/evening/night.. greetings kaia & shang
Hi! how long after applying the plastikote to wooden items + wooded hut is it safe for the hamster to go inside? I've just painted my pawhut with it and I'm not sure if I need to wait 24hours before i start filling it with bedding, etc as theres still an odour even though its dry
This is the first time I saw the squid game hamster version, it is so cruel, i hope no hamster gets injured during the process. The creator is horrible and i cannot imaging my baby there!!!!! Would freak me out so much!!
Your voice, your way of speaking, is about as annoying as a put-on southern American accent, enunciating in a uselessly half-squeaky manner, like you're breathing through a whistling hunk of plastic trying to be musical. Why not focus on communicating clearly or even be sort of charming? Or is your way of speaking appropriate where you come from. It's only slightly less annoying than someone butchering the English language in a thick Indian accent and thinking that's fine. Perhaps there should be an option on RU-vid to exclude certain British accents. It is a British accent, isn't it? It sounds like you have something in your mouth that you're talking around. Perhaps it's moss and it's giving you a shaky, muffled tone.
Hi, I'm new to hamster stuff and am a little confused. I've seen so many RU-vidrs use moss in their enclosures, but when I look up if moss is ok for hamsters on google, it says it's not. If anyone could shed some light on this, I'd really appreciate it! Maybe it's a dried vs alive moss thing?
i might be getting a hamster for my birthday im only saying might bc i have a dog who hates other any other animals but my mum sayed i can get one (mabye) and its going be u know the white and brown 1 ? if yeah im prob going get that 1 and name it coco!
Question: here in germany (where i live), the hamster community is incredibly strickt. They say any housing with bark is dangerous... I have yet to find out why, do you have an opinion or reseach on this?
Hes so so cute, where did you get that awesome birch corklog hide? I need to get that to my hamster! I also have a detolf and I will take huge inspiration of your set up because I personally have a hard time making my cage enriched💗
I'm setting up the cage now with some coco sub, but a bit paranoid about using it because it's moist. Its 90% dry but I'm worried about 10% of humidity getting trapped in my Detolf cage which is open on top and thats the only place where air goes in and out. Im so confused about this moisture business because aren't the hamsters supposed to be able to burrow and therefore the bedding needs to be a bit most to hold the holes? Some say organic soil is good, some say it's not safe. If completely dry, there will be a fine particle of dust more or less which isn't safe for them? I know from that reason people buy paper bedding, but the hamsters would not be able to find those in nature, right?? So going back to my question, will my 90% dry coco sub be safe for a hamster? Thank you so much in advance!
I believe in only buying the hamster at pets at home, not the accessories. This is how you fade rodent Mills out. Its unrealistic to cut it out completely, you get yours from pets at home and your set up looks beautiful
Hi, How often do you do a full clean of that cage and how often a partial clean? Also, about how long does it take you? Looking into building one like that and was curious about cleaning frequency. Thanks!
how heavy is the pawhut cage?? im researching potential hamster cages but will need to transport it to a friends house for a week whilst on holiday, so just wondering if this is possible?? thanks
