i’m not fat but i’m tallish for a girl (5’6) and i’ve always had a lot of muscle mass so I weight a lot more than I even seem to

thank you for putting into words your personal journey with psoriasis. I also have psoriasis and I felt identified with several emotions that you describe, thank you for taking the time, you did it wonderfully. hope everyone finds a way to be calm and in love, we accompany each other in this complex world :)

I couldn’t do a pushups so I kept on training and here I am not giving up paid off. It’s been 4 years and my highest push-ups rep was 60. This is the power of discipline.

For me its the opposite ive cut out meat eggs milk and rarely eat cheese but my psoriasis has gotten so much worse

Hi Lucy I am 27 too and it is my dream to be good at calisthenics but I have a problem I tried to find the solution for it but couldn’t find 💔 which is my elbow stuck and click in push up even in its simplest way on my knees although i’m not overweight and I am trining for 2 years 💔
