I couldn’t do a pushups so I kept on training and here I am not giving up paid off. It’s been 4 years and my highest push-ups rep was 60. This is the power of discipline.
Finally, some real beginner's workouts! Not like those videos that are like, "Here are some calisthenics for beginners," and then they pull explosive push-ups and pistol squats.

Hi Lucy I am 27 too and it is my dream to be good at calisthenics but I have a problem I tried to find the solution for it but couldn’t find 💔 which is my elbow stuck and click in push up even in its simplest way on my knees although i’m not overweight and I am trining for 2 years 💔
