Or is it more because you think that doing so will lead to you not being penalized by either RU-vid or MGM Studios? Because, honestly, there really is no need to put that in the title. No one thinks "Ovaali Virta" owns Stargate: Atlantis, and saying that you don't own it does nothing...if you are breaking the rules or laws, you get dealt with, whether or not you are claiming or denying ownership.

When I was a kid. My family was pretty poor. When we had cable, allowing me to watch new episodes of Stargate was my allowance. I loved everything about the series. But the "Organic" humor was maybe the best part. It always came off as something to put a smile on my face and a chuckle. I grew up during a truly golden age of sci-fi and television. I completely stopped watching tv after stargate was canceled. It pains me to say this, but I hope they never try to reboot the series. We know they'd ruin it like everything else (Starwars, Startrek to name a few. Fucking horrible series. Even their best would be considered awful back then.)
