Hello All, I need some help for h4 ead rfe. I got an rfe for h4 ead renewal for my recent i 94 .I have valid i94 attached to my i797 form but my online i94 is not updated(expired).My i94 is valid till May 2027 still got rfe as online i94 is still showing expiry of May 2024

Hi, not sure if you can advise but I am doing the 'personal particulars' update for OCI renewal as I had my passport updated and name changed. One of the evidence asked is employment letter - it says employment letter requires job description. No company I know provides an employment letter with the job description, reference letters usually include the job title, start/end date of employment, permanent post or not, department etc. Job description means what responsibilities/duties you have in the job. Do you have any idea about this to clarify please? Can you advise what information your employment letter included?

Q2- Same question for Annexure F and Affidavit for change of appearance ? Q3- Under the list of Supporting documents-condition based, under what condition is one suppose to have the birth certificate/school leaving certificate? it just seems unclear of what exact is the purpose of it. I seen your video for updating the OCI renewal, which I received the new passport. Like you said there's no fee for the services they gave me the fire reference number. Do you have to send the hardcopy or no?

Can you please tell me that there is a Gratis and chrageable service. The charageable is over 20 and over 50 is the gratis service. I have been told that if you are over 20 you will need to make a VFS Global appoibtnent but not for over 50. Can you be clinical and provide an explanation about this thank you.
Name Change from Pannakumari to Panna was done in us passport and pa driver license Id without any court document or affidavit. Why VFS or Indian consulate need any document (Affidavit). I hope no need for news paper clipping. In Gujarat where Mr Modi is it very common to add kumari, kumar, bhai, bahen, kant, lal etc. I hope while US government understand and why not our own Indian government and staff understand this small facts. VFS is so so customer unfriendly and confusing. Looks like scam to me.
Suja I have an OCI card and turned 51 in August this year do I need 2 renew my OCI as I have a newly issued UK passport? Can use my smartphone to renew my OCI if I need to renew it? Thanks Suja

Very helpful video that clarifies so many question on the application. Thanks Suja ji. In the video at 14:25 it is mentioned that Final Submit Button is NOT displayed. I also got this issue when Vertical scroll bar does not display the complete page and Final Submit Button becomes inaccessible. The Solution to this issue is, Zoom out the page by pressing CTRL and - (Minus) button. This will make page display to 80%, which will enable the display of Final Submit button.

Hi, your video was very helpful, MY MOTHER'S NAME SPELLING IS WRONG ON MY OCI card . How I can get it corrected, will it require any fee? All other documents are submitted, correct.
