Got a 20CM one for my NR200P SFF build. I just ordered a 10CM one for another build. These are indeed nicely foldable. Compared to the Phantek or the CoolerMaster one, these are a lot more usable.
2 pairs are switched. I forgot what number they are but the green and orange pairs are switched. In the US everything is using B. In fact from what I understand most places use B. From what I understand A is sometimes used in places where it might be used for phone lines too because of the way the pairs are arranged.
Fluke Networks has a good knowledge base article; the summary is that T568A wiring pattern is "preferred" because it provides backward compatibility 1 & 2 pair USOC wiring schemes. T568B matches the (older) AT&T 258A colors. The US Federal Government requires T568A for wiring under its contracts. For most of us, what really matters is using the standard that best matches the pairs in the cable you have - so follow the advice in the video - use the pairs that work best for the connector, and use the same standard on both ends.
I don't get the use for 6a on cat 8 while it's far more cheaper to switch to cat6a wiring? Their cat8 ports are supposed to be backwards compatible, are they not?
The design of PCB and measurement of Cat6A parameters are very different from Cat8. Please use Cat6A if you are using Cat6A wires. Here is the link of LINKUP's Cat6A keystones: www.amazon.com/dp/B07NQDYH45?ref=myi_title_dp
@@DarthSailorMoo It's hard to explain. Simply put, a certified 10G Cat6A patch cord runs faster than a certified 25G/40G Cat8 patch cord in a Cat6A system. Likewise, the Cat8 patch cord runs faster than Cat6A patch cord in a Cat8 system. So, our Cat8 keystone can be used for Cat6A wires, but the performance may not be as good as using our Cat6A keystones with Cat6A wires in a Cat6A system. The termination is the same. That's why this instruction video for. Hope I'm not confusing you.
She forgot to mentioned how important is wire cutting tools that you cant find in lowes or home depot. No way to cut that bottom wires flush properly without that tools
The 18cm double reversed socket riser should fit the Hydra Mini Itx case if you plan to install the motherboard's backplate and GPU's ports at the same side. Here is the link: www.amazon.com/dp/B092JSV8Z4?ref=myi_title_dp
Well I tried and my cables ended up crossing. The orange and the green cross eachother and the blue and brown cross eachother. I don't like it but I can't make the cable in any other way.
