At this point, why fight over nonsense. Just be proud of your race. And nationality. Maybe our hometown was part of a different 'group' back then, but for god's sake just live in the presence. You can't do much about it. The only thing that you can fight for at this point is for people to include you as part of the local community. I'm not indian but I've met so many nagalanders proudly recognising themselves as Indians. It's so sweet. After all they're Indians because they're from India. That's all it takes to be a local of a nation. As a southeast Asian most of our ancestors were the austronesians coming from Taiwan but do the taiwanese will recognise us as 'somehow' their people? No. Do we care about that? No. Because we live in the presence. We're all belong to other Nations right now. Some of us are in the Philippines, Indonesia, Malaysia, Singapore, Vietnam, Brunei and many more. It's good to know about your background but don't let it fool you to overthink about things that you should not. After all, we're all proud asians. Hardworking, reserved, and, humble.
...actual india is 28 small countries joined together made a big family.. In 28 states peoples are different cultures different skins ..food are differents ...everything thing is different ...but all loving their nations ..❣️
I am a Brahmin and not all brahmins are rich or well to do. Brahmins differ from region to region. Like we are non-vegetarian. What I can relate is the joint-family thing. But the sad thing is that from this generation onwards, living in a joint family has become very hard as people have become more individualistic and capitalist. The thing that brahmins look down on other cast may be true for some region like north and south India, as I have seen in movies. But don't apply to us.
I am form Tripura and I look totally different from main land India because India is the most diverse country in the world and that is our speciality because diversity is the unity of our country and we all live together 🥰. And I am a proud Indian
My ancestors were from India. They left in 1845 to work as indentured labourers in Trinidad. Trinidad is in the new world in the Caribbean. I am not considered Indian because I am not a citizen of India. I live in Canada and have dual citizenship. I am still a Trinidadian citizen by birth and a Canadian citizen by naturalization. I am mistaken for Indian but in Canada I am considered South Asian in appearance. My only connection to the Indian subcontinent would be ancestors from 5 Generations ago. I can understand this RU-vidr a bit. The East Asian look in a South Asian country is hard to comprehend. The country is big and encompasses areas that would have the East Asian look, but they are Indian. Isn't that correct? On the other hand. I would not be considered Indian. On planet earth we are all earthlings.
Nothing surprising when younger generation of Nagas think they are indians cos they were born past the indian military operation of suppression and educated under indian education system. I have nothing against india as a human being, however the truth about Naga identity is that of subjugation and atrocities. This is not my one-sided opinion or belief rather pure history. Furthermore, I've nothing against fellow Nagas if they wanna be indian or any nationality for that matter. But to truly know about oneself, one should always learn their history cos truth never lies.
Your video thumbnail is so illiterate "why they think they are Indians?" Because they are Indians that's why they think they are Indians. And also What the heck, you start video with saying"If you see the Map of India this is probably what you think about India"and with totally wrong Indian Map then you said, "However you might miss a little part of India" No we aren't missing a little part of India, we know Our India's Map very well. And in the world Map there also have India's Real Map so everyone around world knows Real Map of India. And then you show The Real Map of India,,what the heck Man??????? If you don't know something about any country, then you have to learn about it, only after then can you post it in any social media platform. There is no mainland India ok, There's only one India including east, west, North , South, Northeast, southeast, Northwest and Southwest etc part of India.
I am was born in Bihar, now Jharkhand. Spent my childhood in Maharashtra and rajashthan and now working in Delhi....we are all the same.... unfortunately life is mainland india is sooo tough. Even living a dignified life is a dream....so i hope people in North east can forgive us for our ignorance...those who are privileged to spend some time in school do learn about all this...😉😉😉
