Pokémon doesn’t consistently kill my favourite character with every new Season. Do you have any idea how hard it is being a Leomon fan, watching the likes of Beelzemon get “redemption and forgiveness” (as if his whiny emo ass deserved it) while my main mon gets disrespected time and again? 😒😒😒
Honestly even in digimon games, I'd argue you still treat your monsters better cause you actually put them into farms and have to take care of them. Hell they even talk to you throughout your journey in a lot of the games just trying to get to know you better. Sun and moon kind of did it where you can send any excess pokemon thats not on your team to live on tropical islands, a feature I loved but they sadly removed. I'm still a fan of both but with Pokemons latest entries (besides legends arceus), I vastly had more fun with digimon games. Just sad theyre so far in between titles.

Nah, Digimon Survive was better than anything Pokémon put out around that time. Story is good, gameplay is grindy and nice just like any other JRPGs that usually don't hold your hand and people probably hated it because tactical RPGs aren't exactly popular in the west but game reminded me Anode/Cathode Tamer a lot, so it feels good to play.

In my opinion the anime is better than the pokemon digimon actually has growth and steak but pokemon there is no reason to be pokemon champion sometimes yes digimon isnt perfect and im saying pokemon isnt too for ezample does pokemon have bonding yes does digimon too? YES amd not becuase it is simililar it doesnt mean its the same another ezample digimon fusion isnt the best bit is it better than UNOVA yes ofcourse im terms of games pokemon has some and remember ONLY SOME games better than digimon but think of it like this when digimon was slowly dying due to decreasing quality did they stop putting effort in the amime? And i just thought of a brilliant idea of a new billy hatcher game, there could be a crossover of billy hatcher and angry birds scince sega owns rovia, it should be about the pigs and crows team up by stealing all the chicken eggs with baby chicks inside and they also stole the 3 eggs which led to billy and his friends teaming up with the birds to take the pigs and crows down.
I wished he was playable is sonic & all-stars racing transformed and i heard he was suppost to be in to but they scrapped him because they couldn't think of a good design for his car., boat, and plaine
honestly i cant play digimon games, but i really love the digimon anime compared to pokemon. pokemon anime is good, but its more like a sunday morning cartoon, meanwhile digimon really is an anime.... doe arguably digimon has does filler episode or like episodical....
I think the main thing that's turned me off from Digimon is the evolution thing. Throw any pokemon from its evolutionary line in front of someone and it should be easy enough to figure out what it evolves from or evolves into thanks to common traits between each stage of the line, even compared to unrelated pokemon that might seem similar first-glance. For example, you can look at a Kadabra and tell that it's more likely to be related to Abra than to Drowzee or Ralts. Even connections between pokemon that *aren't* in evolutionary lines are still easy to understand. The Forces of Nature all look the same in their Incarnate forms, so they're obviously a package deal; same goes for any other designated group of pokemon. Digimon is a lot more complicated, so much so that it's very easy to get lost on your way back to finding a certain Digimon at a certain stage. The anime also never really shows the sheer variety of a single Digimon's potential evolutions. At least not beyond the one episode per entry where a protag fucks up, their partner Digivolves into the wrong 'mon, and they have to scramble to make it change back and try again later to get it "right," somehow. And yeah, some of those evolutions make ZERO sense whatsoever, the first example I can think of being Patamon and Gatomon becoming Angemon and Angewomon, respectively, with the former line being a stage down from the latter. You wouldn't be able to tell Gatomon was at a higher level than Patomon without having some way to know that beforehand, because she's a Champion who's small enough, and in that form often enough, to pass as a Rookie.
Here is why pokemon is better than digimon: No body f***king cares there are those who like complex thing but there those who simple things this debate has been going on for years now and I am tired of it. Type in Pokemon and digimon and what do you get a death battle between the two and this thing i might be a pokémon fan but I love one digimon but what i hate the pokemon and digimon who is better debate. Everyone has their opinions but seriously why can't we stop compering the two they are just the same a series about forging bonds between a human and their partner growing as friends, facing things together and saving the world from evil.

@@Akko100 i don't trust reviewers, they play the game for like 3 hours don't finish the game and try to make a report on it and act like they know what they're talking about about, I have over 100 hours on the game with only 2 playthroughs (keep in mind I did go for the true ending in which all characters live on the second playthrough) and I thoroughly enjoyed it, now be honest with me, have you even played the game?

Yes it is a bad thing. Why would add the slots that are coded in and you literally cannot use them? The game was delayed for literal years and came out in shambles with no updates. Here is the deal. I love the concept of an parallel universe with a soul bonded monster just for me. I also like how the anime tackles real life issues and Beezlemon’s redemption arc is ❤️. I also like how they offer something for everyone. Like isekai, try Adventure or Frontier. More into sci fi or technology based, then look no further then Tamers or appmon. Like shonens where the main character hits things, Savers have you covered. Enjoy episodic monster of the week, there is Fusion and Ghost Game for you. I just wish Pokémon fans would just try Digimon out, who knows, maybe you will become a fan.😉

I think the paradox 'mons' entries are meant to give them an air of mystique by giving vague suggestions about them which are just rumours that are very likely not true to imply no one really knows anything about them. It does end up coming off a tad disappointing, not having anything substantial in terms of lore, and just having scraps of bunk, if anything for their dex entries (most of them just all refer to the same magazine and don't say much else).
