Those of us who struggle with anxiety disorders have such a difficult time overcoming our anxiety when it comes up throughout the day, and this makes it so that our lives are greatly impacted by our anxious state of mind. In the past I struggled so so much with anxiety. It really damaged my relationship with myself, with my life, and with others. However, I am here to tell you that if you are in a similar situation there is hope! It is absolutely possible to create a healthier, happier relationship with your mind and be able to work through your anxiety efficiently. In this video I share how I do this and help you figure out how to do it as well :)
