It doesn't matter if Israel accept the latest ceasefire deal, because Hamas will not accept it. Hamas have got the IDF where they want them...within Gaza. And Hamas will carry on the "insurgency" to keep attacking IDF personnel within Gaza for months to come. So it's also in Hamas's interest that the war continues, and it seems Hamas don't much care for how many Palestinians die.
