No discriminarles.
My friend went to a conference in Brazil and when she came back we listened to some Brazilian music and found this incredible song. It's so pretty. Your video makes it incredibly clear how to play this song and I am now starting to play some of the most complicated guitar I ever played. Thank you so much!
Fantastic!... what a great guitar players are you two guys and you couldn't chose a better melody to exhibit your skills... thanks for delighting us !!
Thanks for the lesson. What recording is this from? That is in B major? Most recordings I hear are in A major so I’m trying to find the version that you are playing from.
this is awesome. yours is the only transcription I found that is faithful to the 1965 recording. most transcriptions don’t get the bit leading into the chorus right (the descent in “mas o amor tem um segredo…”).
A lot of thanks for your classes, sir You are amazing soul 🙏🏽 I'd be so happy if you help me to find proper chords for " nega do cabelo duro" by astrud gilberto
Thank you for doing this. I always wanted to start bossa nova. But these chords still too freakin advanced for me😔 dou you have any suggestion for jazz chords?
The girl from Ipanema goes walking And when she passes Each one she passes goes "ah!" When she walks she's like a samba that Swings so cool and sways so gently That when she passes Each one she passes goes "ah!" Oh, but he watches her so sadly How can he tell her he loves her? Yes, he would give his heart gladly But each day when she walks to the sea She looks straight ahead not at him Tall and tan and young and lovely The girl from Ipanema goes walking And when she passes he smiles But she doesn't see Tall and tan and young and lovely The girl from Ipanema goes walking And when she passes Each one she passes goes "ah!" When she walks she's like a samba that Swings so cool and sways so gently That when she passes Each one she passes goes "ah!" Oh, but he watches her so sadly How can he tell her he loves her? Yes, he would give his heart gladly But each day when she walks to the sea She looks straight ahead not at him Tall and tan and young and lovely The girl from Ipanema goes walking And when she passes he smiles But she doesn't see She just doesn't see No, she doesn't see She just doesn't see
For complete guitar beginners like me, please note that these lessons are not listed according to difficulty (but as examples of the list of rhythmic patterns)! It took me several months to be able to clunkily play the first four songs, seeing the fifth one scared the hell out of me. But then scrolling to later lessons, I realized the first four songs trained me so much that some later songs are super easy to play now.
@@hayden74474 I would say the first two are fine to start, they don't have too insane chord changes and have basic rhythms. Don't set your expectation high though, might takes forever to play them fluently. 'S Wonderful (which is not listed in the playlist) is also basic. After that maybe just search for your favorite song and see.
Subscibed because you got straight to the point. Your lesson is clear and easy to understand. No long introduction as to how valuable your guitar is or introducing yourself as a ‘personality’. Thank you…
